The Peppery Dupe

Basically, I find it really very similar to God of Fire and "Vulcan Feu | French Avenue", with the twist that the mango is indeed a bit more subtle. Otherwise, I think everyone knows one of the two fragrances by now, so I won't go into the main notes further.

What is extremely pronounced on my skin, however, is the pepper.

After spraying, a pleasant, noticeable pepper note develops after about 10 minutes that I don't have as pronounced in the original or in Vulcan Feu.

A Vulcan Feu lover asked me if I had layered it with a pepper scent, and that's exactly how I would describe it.

Personally, I find it a bit better and easier to wear in everyday life and at work because of this twist.

I got Malachite but was wondering whether I should bother with Vulcan Feu. I enjoy Malachite alot to be honest.

If you want an even sweeter scent, then sure, but otherwise I think Malachite is the clearly better fragrance.

The pepper is really noticeable. I find the scent to be much "greener" than the 'Vulcan Feu. On its own, it's quite an interesting fragrance.
