It Rumbles in the Box
It rumbles in the box,
it goes boom!
As long as we love each other,
our bed sways in the clouds.
As long as we still have each other,
the stars shine above us.

And everything is so simple,
when we have each other.
Everything is so beautifully warm.
Painted with orange and red colors.
We feel so clumsy and young.
Holding the sun in our arms.
The sand under our heels.
And the good thoughts in our heads!

And at night -
it rumbles in the box.
It goes boom!
As long as we love each other,
our bed sways in the clouds.
As long as we still have each other,
the stars shine above us.

And so we let the worries,
glide across the dreary land.
We let ourselves be carried by the water into the endless ocean.
Like light feathers, we sway with nature.
Everything is so beautifully warm.
Painted with orange and red colors.
We feel so clumsy and young.
Holding the sun in our arms.
The sand under our heels.
And the good thoughts in our heads!

So in a way - drawn from an old Balkan song -
Trouble in Heaven is a fragrance that feels young and lively.
A summer scent that is sweet and lightly warm, spicy.
Initially with a hint of earthy tones - damp, warm - like the sand where you hold your feet, even when the sun is just about to disappear.
Above it, a lovely sweetness that becomes deeper over time. Multifaceted lemon and mandarin notes. A glass of Hugo - a bit of strawberry punch - sun-kissed skin - wrapped in white sheets, through which a warm wind blows. Softly resinous at the edges - "patchouli-heavy" at the end - rich tonka bean. Everything melts into a girl who really knows how to have a blast on vacation.

I would place longevity and sillage in the upper midfield.
Personally, I find it really not bad, it reminds me a bit of Addict by Dior, albeit in a much milder form. The eroticism and the dark/sweet depth are clearly missing here. It could be much better and I would like it even more if there were a real boom - that pulls the carpet out from under my feet. But as it is - it's something for the lukewarm summer nights, where you have fun but don't take everything too seriously!

But I am taken with the bottles - shaped a bit differently and beautiful colors.
They lift the spirits!

It rumbles in the box,
it goes boom! :)

My Last Will - Idylle
Trouble in Heaven is now the last scent from the Louboutin test series for me, and the one that appeals to me the most spontaneously; I immediately recognize my favorites, patchouli and iris. I feel a bit reminded of Armani's Iris Celadon with this combination, although I find that Armani was bolder and incorporated a nice twist into his fragrance - from a dry, dusty, austere start to a soft, fluffy finish. Louboutin doesn't dare to do that; the scent feels polished. As with his other two fragrances, the scent impression remains consistent from the beginning and changes little over time. Here, a soft, chocolatey patchouli takes center stage, powdery and fluffy underlined by iris, which at times gives it the impression of dry, dusty cocoa powder, refined with a bit of cinnamon. A warm, powdery, spicy cloud. So far, so good. According to the advertisement, this scent is supposed to be mysterious and provocative, for a confident woman with a penchant for dangerous liaisons.
Today, however, this woman seems to have simply had enough of nightlife; she is wearing her black silk lingerie (out of habit) but has thrown on her comfortable home terry suit over it and is knitting winter socks on the sofa. The little cat at her feet is purring. That may be heavenly and idyllic, but where is the trouble, the provocative element?
The bottle color in dark purple with a chocolate brown touch fits well; the scent also feels rather dark, soft, and warm, somewhat spicy, yet very smooth and a bit boring without any edges or corners. Over time, it even becomes more floral-sweet and feminine, with that touch of many modern evening fragrances for women. However, for stressed night hunters who simply want to spend a cozy evening at home, as a place of calm, a relaxing scent, perhaps even a balm for the soul, it is certainly suitable. Although I believe there are cheaper alternatives out there. From the big designer's eye-catching footwear, I would have expected more innovation.

Nothing to write home about...
... or nothing special.

Trouble in Heaven is not a bad fragrance, it is wearable... for women, suitable for daytime, but also works in the evening (although not exactly as a party scent), it doesn't offend, and the longevity and sillage are decent - 6 hours until it becomes very close to the skin and is well perceptible at arm's length for the first 2 hours. But the spark just doesn't ignite, it lacks a unique characteristic.

On a dry-powdery, fluffy canvas of amber and iris, the fragrance paints a picture of cool tones, interspersed with warm streaks, like fine wisps of smoke. Despite its definitely present sweetness, I perceive it as fresh and cool and smooth. I can understand KingLuis's impression of cinnamon, although I had more of a vision of cinnamon-dusted, candied rosebuds rather than chewing gum. So there are indeed warm, almost spicy notes.

Overall, Trouble in Heaven is an even, calm fragrance that flows along without much development and eventually fades gently and almost unnoticed. Trouble was yesterday, today everything is peaceful...

They must have made a mistake,
...when they listed the fragrance notes.

To me, Trouble in Heaven smells almost exactly like Big Red gum. Very cinnamon, sweet, a bit spicy.
Behind the gum, a shy little flower and a plum (?) peek out.
From the whole pyramid, I’ll let the amber pass and also the tonka bean, but iris, rose, labdanum, or even bergamot are nowhere to be found here. I would have said ginger.

Now I just googled what Cascalone is. Aha, an aquatic fragrance ingredient. So, with a bit of imagination, I can still picture a little salt (or sea salt, if you will), but I wouldn’t really call anything here aquatic.

This is a cinnamon gourmand and a nice one. I like it the best out of the line, as it is completely different from its brothers.

There isn’t really any development, but the sillage and longevity are good (7 hours, until only a whisper remains, which lasts until tomorrow).

I still don’t find the price justified. Moreover, you can see from my comment that the heavenly troublemaker didn’t really inspire me to write something creative. That’s why I’ve limited myself to the fragrance description today.

..and again it's the bottle that makes me all fidgety. Just like a pair of pumps from the same gentleman. Ahh

Soft, cool powdery scent with a hint of cinnamon spice on sweet, candied rose buds. Lovely, understated, ... nice.

The scent is everyday amber, nothing special, and the bottle looks less elegant in person than in the photo. Huge disappointment!

Very beautiful bottle, saw it live today. Looks like it was made by aliens, not of this world. Pure perfume.

I ordered the samples directly from the company - and I have to say, I like this scent the best of the three. It reminds me of "Addict."
