Iris - yes, Intense - not really. The iris here is not powdery, rather dry & fits neatly with the woods. Fine creamy base.

On my skin, it's finely floral-woody, but no iris scent. Rose geranium+, sandalwood+, iris - -! I really like the balsamic note!
