She’s light, but she’s stays present!
Happy Dust is aptly named because it literally gives you that happy-go-lucky feeling after snorting some of the finest— [redacted]. Just kidding, I’ve never done that and I never will, and no judgment if you do. (I’m a fool. Please don’t take me too seriously lol.) But this fragrance definitely puts a big ol’ smile on your face and is an instant mood booster.
HD is a powdery vanilla scent with a tropical, creamy mango that’s there in the opening, but quiets down quickly to make room for the matcha and the sandalwood. It’s sweet, it’s soft, it’s pretty, and it evokes a comforting warmth when you wear it. It’s an extrait, but it definitely doesn’t scream and shout like you would expect it to. However, it definitely stays with you and tiptoes quietly around you from first spray down to late dry down-skin scent. It lasted about 7-8 hours on me before I couldn’t really detect it but it kept hitting me even around the 4 hour mark. I tend to like my scents super strong, but this gentle beauty worked out for me.
While the price on HD is outrageous, it’s a very versatile fragrance that can be worn year round, day or night, and for many occasions. You can also spray a little more since the bottle is huge. I wasn’t expecting to fall in love so quickly and easily with this one because I’m quite picky when it comes to vanillas, but this is an outstanding one IMO. I was able to get a slight discount on a full bottle and I’m excited to add it to my collection.
