Di Pralinator Odetú 2019

Anyone who names their creation “Di Pralinator” not only shows originality but also humor. Furthermore, it is made clear what this Eau de Toilette focuses on and what one can expect here.

Andrey Chibisov, the mind behind the Russian perfume label Odetú, has been quite busy over the last four years, launching almost 30 perfumes that can primarily be purchased through his online shop, which also carries many other well-known brands.

His Di Pralinator is clearly a rich gourmand scent that, in the first few seconds, excellently captures the association with pralines through melting nougat nuances. One's mouth almost waters in torrents at the taste. Exactly my thing, as sweet nougat, the merciless calorie bomb par excellence, is my absolute favorite.

A little later, unfortunately, this peak is already past, although the impression of praline with the finest chocolate coating plus vanilla, including tonka bean and fluffy toffee, lingers a bit longer.

It's just a shame that this changes over the course of development ... possibly faster than one would like. Then Di Pralinator becomes a bit duller, or the tonka bean seems to take over and blends with amber and the woody notes.

Until then, one is deeply immersed in the realm of happiness hormones, and one can calmly consider whether to indulge in another calorie-free dose without chocolate fingerprints.
