Sandalwood

Orodion Blanc sounds like a distant planet. Far away from all wars, unrest, environmental disasters, lies and deceit. A small star that somehow pulsates in the sky if you fix your gaze on it long enough.
A creamy almond dessert, almost like a mousse. Briefly caramelized with almost unripe plums and deglazed with a dash of cedar juice. It is stirred smooth in a fireproof bowl. Keep adding amber and vanilla brittle until the mixture is creamy. Now, right now, the bowl is hung over blazing sandalwood, on chains of nutmeg pearls. The steam of sparkling, dense and woody sandalwood wafts around this creamy mousse and gives such a wonderful aroma. It is not a sweet dessert, but a creamy poem that delights your nose.
Sandalwood, just the way I like it. Although I tend to approach sandalwood at a distance.
A far cry from Arabesque, to which it is compared. For me, it has a completely different fragrance DNA.
Orodion Blanc is extremely pleasant to wear and could even enrich my collection.

Beautiful soft plum fragrance

Last week I reported on Arabesque, now it's the turn of this Orodion Blanc, which goes in a similar direction. Not really a 1:1 twin, and not really an inexpensive alternative. The price is okay, but unfortunately this fragrance is only available in 50ml. However, this makes it rather more expensive in terms of the ml price. Nevertheless, I can highly recommend this fragrance if you like this plummy note with this fresh, creamy, clean vibe.
Orodion is the brand of Justin, an influencer on social media channels who has also launched his own fashion brand. I'm not that familiar with it, as I'm less interested in such content. But these "influencer fragrances" are not all bad. In terms of price, you probably have a good budget if you look at the prices. Especially as Mäurer & Wirtz markets this fragrance, which normally carries more affordable brands such as 4711, Baldessarrini and other drugstore goods. Here I have to say quite clearly: really good work! In terms of quality, this fragrance is not really overpriced, as it is roughly niche quality with really good performance.

I've had this fragrance for many months and I've already worn it a few times. A really pleasant fragrance that is not too heavy, which is also good to wear in summer and as a transitional fragrance. Mäurer & Wirtz describes this fragrance as a summer fragrance. Not so much for the heat, but this clean and bright DNA goes well with warm and mild temperatures.
The overall package is good. For 100€ you get a great box with this beautiful white bottle. Possibly a little less with a discount, which is fine. Already has something slightly niche.

In terms of fragrance, this white bottle fits, even if it does contain some sweet and heavier notes. The fragrance has a creamy, clean vibe with a very pleasant and not too blatant sweetness. This fragrance is comparable to Arabesque , "Casamorati - Bouquet Ideale (Eau de Parfum) | XerJoff" and the clean, creamy vibe of Paragon. If you like all these 3 fragrances you will probably like this one too. Not a mindblower, especially if you've tried a lot of fragrances. Nevertheless, this is a safe fragrance that you absolutely can't go wrong with. Plum and a sweet-creamy almond-muscat blend are convincing at the start. It's not too overpowering, rather a clean, well-groomed touch with this slightly white freshness. The first few hours are also subtly powdery, which reinforces this clean touch. This is followed after a few hours by a great blend of amber, wood, pleasant vanilla and a slight oriental touch. I don't perceive a clear oud note from the pyramid, but if I do, it is a very tame and pleasant oud. For me, it is very round and pleasing from start to finish. A typical evergreen that doesn't offend so much but could still leave a lasting impression.
Performance is good, even for this relatively fresh DNA. You can easily get a minimum of 8 hours out of it with a very pleasant sillage. It is absolutely suitable for everyday use without getting lost in the crowd.

You can absolutely buy it if you like these notes. Especially plum, almond and this woody-creamy and slightly powdery vibe. Highly recommended, especially as the price is already relatively fair. Great overall package.

My new Daily

I have now bought the fragrance about 2 years after realese often considered and now finally done.

The fragrance opens very soft and creamy with a nice plum note. Very pleasant to wear every day because you always smell "freshly washed" in a luxurious way. The bottle is very simple and high quality (some big brands can take a leaf out of my book).

I currently wear the fragrance every day at work because it simply suits every everyday situation

Plum, sandalwood and vanilla

My second fragrance from Orodion, the Blanc. It surprised me more positively than the first Orodion fragrance. The scent is not very sweet, it's creamy, which I really like.
The fragrance lasts a good 6-7 hours on my skin, which is enough. The projection is much stronger at the beginning and unfortunately gradually fades.
In my opinion, the fragrance is made for both women and men.
I can well imagine that when mine runs out, I will buy a new one.

creamy Chicomico

This fragrance...where to start
It really is a creamy Chicomico fragrance. It's nice and sweet, you can smell the sandalwood and it blends well with the other components but it definitely comes out and it just smells really good. I think when you smell it you really just feel good.

I associate it with a warm woody sweet and also a little almondy scent.
I didn't really know anything about perfume, or rather I hardly needed it, my brother bought the Orodion blanc at the time, I found it very strong on the nose at first, but then... i used it myself once and met a woman (beautiful Chaya) when we got a little closer she said: "old you smell so good" !

In any case, I got a lot of compliments from different people. I bought it myself, you can smell it on your clothes for a very long time, but otherwise I don't think it lasts very long on the skin, but the scent is great. Above all, you rarely smell it on other people, which I think is very nice.

Unfortunately, it can only be ordered in Switzerland via expensive online stores, nothing so nice
