Deep and misterious
I would highlight the overall woody tone and the incense smell, perhaps spicy and I would say resinous.
It is not a sweet wood smell and it is not an oriental spicy smell, nor is it a woody coniferous forest. Balsamic note could be from the oud.
The vanilla is submerged in everything else, but it brings that touch of delicacy, or maybe it's the nut that they say carries what I smell, I'm not sure.
With all this I want to say that it is a very original work, it is not at all easy to place.
It has a lot of structural quality in the way the notes are put together.
Of course, at the artistic level of perfumery, I would recommend getting to know him.

As for its use as a perfume to "dress" it has a point of darkness and a charismatic presence to the fullest. Whether it can be daytime depends a lot on the personality of whoever wears it.
I would say to intense, serious, deep and mysterious people that it will be good for them.

As for its performance, it seems sufficient but not outstanding, it is penalized by a silage that is less than some other perfumes of the house and an important skin-level duration, it can be at least 8-10 hours.

Vegetable stew & oud
Dendera is not my kind of perfume at all. Even so, I have to recognize the originality and quality of the fragrance and that is why my review is not at all negative, even though it is a fragrance that I would not use in my personal life.
The output is interesting, very spicy and ambery, sometimes it reminds me a bit of the aroma of a vegetable stew but with body and charisma. As it dries, the smoked incense and the medicinal oud appear with force, going from a spicy balsamic point to a very smoky woody one. The longevity is very good but the projection and the trail it leaves are quite limited. It reminds me a lot of Indy oud from Ponsa Barcelona, although I like the one from Ponsa more since it maintains more the point of spicy oud, and a bit of au coeur du dessert de tauer, with that point of dirty, animalistic and very spicy amber.
I see it as a unisex perfume, although if a woman decides to wear it I think it has to be someone with a lot of personality. Although it seems to me a scent rather for cold climates, I feel it more during the day than at night, since it is not sexy or even pleasant at all. It is a perfume with a serious nature and to be worn especially by mature people.

Higher Ground
With Dendera, Pete dedicates the frist scent of the trilogy to the past. It lies in one of the cradles of high cultures - in Egypt. Fragrances have been created and used here since dynasties. Also for religious purposes and presented as sacrifices or temple decorations in ceremonies. The scent of the Dendera temple and this cradle is the very soul of this scent.

The main theme is formed by dusty-smoky oudh. Its edges are mainly smoothed by iris, frankincense and myrrh. The fragrance evaporates the aura of a activly used, pagan temple - thousands of years ago. So it is not a sacral incense that is based on Christian churches and celebrations. But a genuine oriental that smells wonderfully delicate and harmonious on the skin.

This calm, almost dusty aura is further extended by the sandalwood and gives the fragrance something very venerable, coupled with an almost consecrated calm. The incense resins vibrate smoothly and in harmony over hours. Here the dusty note is the perception of an old place of knowledge and cult. And has nothing at all impure, but a patinated, iridescent dryness.

The visit to the temple lasts more than 7 hours, while the scent only takes a very fine course and maintains the mood until the drydown. Very light chords of bright musk and vanilla come to close the scent.

Dendera goes from a balsámic, ambery and very spicy opening to a Smoky and Woody dry down protagonized by incense and oud. Good longevity

For me, the weakest from the brand so far
Too spiced with nutmeg & cinnamon
With incense, it gives off a smoked ham impression
A bit resinous

Between oriental, earthy, dark woody, leathery, and smoky, but not too strong or overpowering. Very innovative yet wearable.

Dominant and dry myrrh, incense (the kind that stings the eyes) and resins from the brethren's stock. Demanding & tough.
