Nothing new

I tested it and there was nothing new.
It was fresh and sweet.
But it was strange.
It had no opening, no development, it stayed the same the whole time - sweet.
It was not like other perfumes.
There was no wow factor, it was very light and neutral.
It had no power.
That punch in the opening was simply missing.

When I smell this...

... I get goosebumps. But not from excitement, rather from disgust. And the images I now have in my head are not something to write down here.

When applying this fragrance, one gets synthetic spices mixed with woods and floral notes in the nose. The attempt to improve this with iris, additional woods, and floral accords does not make it any better. Those who think that adding some resinous ginger and leather will enhance it are out of luck.

The longevity and sillage are average.

Here we have a so-called men's fragrance that is more suited for little boys than for grown men, no thank you. Whether the ladies will like it, they have to try for themselves. It can be worn all year round. And when and where it can be worn is up to each person to decide.

Anyone who enjoys a fragrance that smells synthetic of spices, flowers, woods, resins, ginger, and leather should give it a try.

A very unique synthetic bomb

Since I took his brother with me, I thought, why not check this one out too. The first impression was a "wow," but neither positive nor negative, just because it dances so far out of line. It really smells somewhat like water or clouds, very synthetic, somewhat aquatic but somehow not. To me, it smells blue, a bit like a pool. Dominating is some kind of flower, with something green in the background, and it feels like there’s also a hint of coconut playing along. So it’s completely unique, and I still don’t know whether I should find that good or bad. What was also strange was that I rode an e-scooter afterward, and it felt like I had this fresh scent in my nose the whole time that reminded me of this fragrance. From one spray on my forearm, under my sweater and jacket, that can’t really be the source. So either I accidentally got the scent to my nose, or it completely confused my sense of smell. Anyway, for me, it was just too out there and synthetic at first. But I’m sure it can also win over one or the other as a friend, because it’s not bad. But for me, it’s just too much of a good thing for now.
