Dainty floral
The first time I went through Racyne’s discovery set, I almost overlooked this one. Garden Song comes across as a soft, delicate floral, pleasant and inoffensive. But that’s also the issue: it’s too discreet. It lacks presence and projection to the point where it feels almost ghostly on skin. Could be a cologne from Yves-Rocher or Roger Gallet !
I’m not an oversprayer by nature, but with this one, it feels like you'd have to douse yourself in it just to catch a whiff.
That said, it’s not a bad fragrance. It paints a very clear picture, a pretty young woman in a white dress, standing in a sun-drenched floral field, maybe on the cover of a postcard. Dreamy, gentle, and fleeting. If that’s what you’re after, this might hit the mark. For me, it’s a pass.
