Curious and warm
Extraordinarily inventive, curious, warm. This opens sweet and savory at the same time — a warm bun straight out of the oven before quickly transforming towards a nutty vanilla. This nuttiness lifts and takes over, until it settles into what I can only describe as hot vapors and lettuce. The slightly earthy, sweet yet slightly offputting smell (may be the ambrette) is an experience and feeling more than it is a scent. The vanilla vapor / steam musk is strange yet comforting, like the house of a friend with older eccentric parents. The memory of first watching the movie Juno. A cherished purse from high school you just found at the bottom of your childhood closet.
