Post-punk amber
I perceive this perfume as broody and angsty, somewhat post-punk, somewhat new wave, maybe for the initial, electric, pepper-y blast.
Incense burning in a vintage vinyl store, liquorice candies left in the pocket of a thrifted leather jacket - I'm usually not crazy for liquorice, but i like it here because it’s subtle and hidden behind a wall of warmth, smoke and spice, so I think it's "safe" for those like me who don't particularly love this note.
It’s either very intimate or I get nose blind to it very easily, because I have the impression that after the initial explosion the dry down is more introverted and leans vanillic.
As many other fragrances that are commercialized as men’s perfumes i think it would give its absolute best on a stone cold girl.
