Sweet Tooth Me Espresso Sabrina Carpenter 2024 Eau de Parfum

This is such an underrated gem, amazing quality for the price. One of my favourite sweet fragrances ever for sure - definitely not your typical crowd pleasing straightforward easy to wear celebrity gourmand but still absolutely delicious and quite realistically foody too.

Normally I have hard time to detect the coffee note in majority of gourmands that have it listed in the pyramid, however to my surprise I can sense a rare strong, bitter, freshly ground dark roast coffee note in this one, which I love! The bitterness of the coffee note balances the sweetness of the gourmand notes so well that it makes this fragrance wearable all year round - it's definitely sweet but not sickly sweet.

This is actually how I expected Coffee Break to smell like: a nice intimate café with fresh high quality coffee beverages and delicious pastries and cakes. Instead that fragrance failed to match its name and smelled only like boring milky lavender to me, whereas a lot cheaper Sweet Tooth Me Espresso is the perfect coffee shop smell to my nose.

I can't detect any grape that majority of other reviewers are talking about, however I might be nose blind to this so called grape soda note because I can't detect it in Alien Eau de Parfum either which should be the most famous "grape soda" fragrance.

Sweet Tooth Me Espresso's gourmand notes are like smooth caramel and whipped cream with cookie dough undertones. I can also detect a very natural honey note, like opening a jar or liquid honey, though honey isn't actually listed in the pyramid at all.

Sillage is impressive, almost room-filling, and longevity is also above average. Highly recommended for all coffee and gourmand lovers who are searching for a realistic bitter coffee note and well-balanced uniqueness without needing to pay niche prices.

First of all, this doesnt smell like grape/grape juice. One popular fragrance influencer said that and now everyone ran with it, please think for yourself and make your own opinion. ALSO if you are going into a fragrance thinking it smells like something (grape for this), you are more likely to smell that. So stop doing that. Now that’s out of the way
This smells like coffee & spice cake. More like youre eating spice cake while you have coffee making in the background. The jasmine and amber come out but not strong enough to call this a “floral” perfume, it’s there to make it more of a “perfumey gourmand”.
I get the caramel and biscotti too, it smells so good!
I get like 6 hours of wear time with this, it is lighter but not that light to where no one can smell it. I so hope this is permanent bc i dont want to be without this lol
It doesnt smell like black opium or coffee break either.

i absolutely love the smell of this perfume. it smells like soft, sweet, and somewhat floral caramel coffee. it's not overpowering but the scent lingers. almost feels warm-spicy. it smells delicious!!! it's an absolute must buy, may not be my absolute favorite from this collection but it's a close second.

I wonder why. It's strange.This is similler to Cotton Candy .For example I've heard that wisteria smells like jasmine and grapes, and I can kind of understand that. So I don't think this is a placebo effect caused by an influencer.

This was released in Japan in September 2025, which is generally later than Western releases.
I thought this review would be really thin, so I thought I'd make it a statement, but I wanted to write about "the grapes", so I decided to write a review.

I don't think they should have used the title "Espresso" in the first place. Where exactly is the espresso? Only a drop, and it faded quickly. The notes are flashy, but the content is basically the same as Sweet Tooth Cherry Baby Eau de Parfum the drydown. This series just has slightly different top notes, like pancake mix (OG) mixed with caramel powder or other flavorings, but the base is basically the same for all of them. So if you buy OG and layer it with other perfumes, they'll all be flankers. LOL

Of course, you can tell the difference if you rub your nose against your arm. Or maybe a perfumer with a good nose can tell the difference. But for the average consumer, they're pretty much the same. There's no point in having all the colors.Hmm

Oh yeah,I did get a slight hint of grapeiness in the top notes. Seriously.I think this isn't intentional and is clearly a mistake.May be... Is that why the bottle is pastel blue? I wonder. They're trying to create a subliminal grape-like effect?

Also, if it's espresso, why don't they make it about five shades darker brown than Sweet Tooth Caramel Dream Eau de Parfum ?(I have)
I get that it's cute because it's the opposite color of Sweet Tooth Eau de Parfum .
Is Sabrina Carpenter really involved in creating this perfume? She says her mission is to make women all over the world smell like a candy store, but didn't she realize at the last minute that it didn't smell like espresso? What do you think, Sabrina?

It's a really fun and cute bottle...yes, it definitely is. But the Sweet Tooth flanker gets worse and worse with each release, like the Jurassic Park movies. Sorry fans. But that's... inevitable when making sequels. I think the makers realized this packaging sells, so they're cutting corners. I'm never going to the cinema again...

Apparently people just dont like a unique blend! This does smell like grape to me in the opening and i get coffee/latte a little later with sweet powdery tea biscuit. I love this one and its absolutely without a doubt the Sweet Tooth for me, and so its the only one I own now :)
The grape soda is delicious and refreshing, hence the unique opening for a coffee scent. I bought my bottle in Japan where grape is one of the most popular flavours so it reminds me of being there eating all the grape candy and mints.
