Starts off with the original Sweet Tooth dna for me, which is marshmallow, powdery chocolate and coconut milk. But turns into a more orange heavy scent (without being a “cleaner” orange) with a slight undertone of caramel (kinda like if you pulled apart a chewy caramel candy & got whiffs of it) and the marshmallow & coconut milk from the og goes away. The chocolate note stays through out but gets stronger later on. It is a bit musky, i dont get any patchouli. The orange tones down and the caramel comes out a lot more. So now it’s a vague orange with a strong caramel & chocolate scent with a slight musk in the background. Reminds me a lot of the orange chocolate balls from Terry’s but with caramel added to it.
Definitely one to wear in the colder months for me, very cozy and sweet. It does last & project for me. I get 7 hours before it turns into a skin scent.

Sweet Tooth Caramel Dream

This smells very similar to Fresh Cream Warm Cashmere to me. I like this. This has caramel in it which I see is missing in the note breakdown here. I am a bit confused about the actual notes in this since many sites are posting different notes. I get the gourmand notes the most (caramel, vanilla, sugar, and to me the chocolate smells more like white chocolate than dark chocolate. This is a creamy scent to me. I don't think it smells like the original Sweet Tooth Eau de Parfum. That one smelt like coconut milk to me. I've seen so many vastly different YouTube reviews on this scent. With some people saying it smells like Black Opium Eau de Parfum, some people saying it smells like #muggler alien which I really do not see at all. And I've seen some people say this smells like a Reeces cup. I personally do not get any of those comparisons. I like that this scent is affordable. It's also cute for decor. I made a YouTube vid below reviewing it.

Good profile for a bargain perfume!

To my nose, this is a reference to Angel Muse - earthy chocolate with some sweetness and a rich patchouli. This smells a lot more expensive than it is, and it's a more refined and 'unisex' blend than the OG Sweet Tooth. I prefer this because it lasts better and is less powdery... I think this is like if Angel Muse and TF Tobacco Vanille had a baby. I love it :)

The less interesting Sweet Tooth

Caramel Dream is pretty close to the original Sweet Tooth. It has the same slightly waxy marshmallow-vanilla DNA, even though it has no marshmallow in the official notes list. The chocolate note is also still there, but a little weaker. Both are quite sweet, but in a soft, fluffy and not overly cloying way.
I tried them side by side and also apart from each other, and the differences are miniscule.

But one important thing is really missing: The candied ginger note, which is a crucial part of Sweet Tooth's appeal to me!
Instead, this flanker has a touch of caramel, some sweet citruses in the opening and clean florals later in the heart and drydown phase. I actually think these fresh notes stand out more than the very light caramel note.

It's still a nice scent, but a bit underwhelming to me. Even as a huge fan of caramel perfumes, I'm glad I have the original instead. It just has more character!
If you prefer lemon and orange to candied ginger and appreciate clean notes in your gourmands, you might feel the opposite way.

This is the perfume that made me realize I don’t dislike patchouli, I just don’t like it in greener applications. This perfume, to me, doesn’t smell like caramel or chocolate. It just smells like a warm gourmand, very sweet without any one note sticking out more than the others. It’s Sweet Tooth’s sexier counterpart, it’s probably as close to an everyday scent as I get.
