The accidentally perfect perfumes
Sometimes life is already crazy.
One looks through the Parfumo main page and stumbles under new acquisitions suddenly about a really pretty flacon...From the creator of this gem, the company Wesker, I had heard nothing yet, but the fragrance pyramids of 4 of the 5 currently available flacon read for me and my nose already very interesting.
Since one could order a sample set with the 3 older fragrances to 5ml each over the manufacturer's page at a really very fair price, I have now used the chance to be able to deal a little deeper with the manufacturers of these great flacons.
And today the Imperial was allowed to prove his ability on my skin and in my nose.
After spraying on the first thing that catches my attention is the sweet cherry (which is actually sour).
Meanwhile, I have learned to love quite the Kischnoten for me when testing, but what Imperial presents here is already really special. A so present and yet so little intrusive cherry I have never been able to smell before. Where other cherry perfumes are very intrusive, sweet or penetrating for the environment, this (sour) cherry is just perfectly presented and is accompanied by fresh sweet and pleasant floral elements. After the initial calming of the scent, these accords are joined by the smell of a freshly polished stainless steel plate, which doesn't smell as off-putting as it sounds, however. This stainless steel plate even manages to create a metallic taste on the tongue of both me and my wife when smelling it close to the skin. Something like this I have not experienced to date, but even this is in reality not as unpleasant as it sounds :).
After about 2-3 hours appear more and more the base notes, of which in addition to a sweetish and also fresh musk (very pleasant) this parchment scent stands out well and creates the impression of a delicate, thin old scroll.
After 10h + the fragrance can be perceived only skin.
Sillage is top in the first hours (and for the environment pleasant and not intrusive), decreases as expected in the further.
From perfect separates Imperial only the fragrance character not suitable for Everyday Parfum.
I'm sure, if on the bottle the name of a famous manufacturer would stand, one might put for such compositions several hundred euros on the counter...
But fortunately, this small East German company is in Chemnitz and not in Paris and the price can be considered quite somehow still fair, especially since as mentioned at the beginning, these flacons are already very stylish.
So I could for the first time on Parfumo award the full fragrance score!
And now first of all the savings stocking must hold out... :)
