So… the most popular nice fragrance ever. Many people say that this is an overrated piece of perfumery and doesn’t deserve to be number one but I totally disagree with that. This has proved time and time again that it is the best men’s cologne of all time.

This was my first niche cologne and the start of my fragrance journey as for many people so it holds a special place in my collection. I remember the first time I sprayed it on myself how in disbelief I was, I had never smelled something so amazing in my life and I was addicted to going back and spraying my wrist. (Yes it was a blind buy) this cologne changed something in my brain… it opened a whole new world up to me.

Now when it comes to how this thing smells.. I honestly think there isn’t a word to describe how good this smells, some people compare the opening a bit to Vicks which I can understand because of the spice but man does that vanilla smooth it out. This is a perfectly balanced scent that I’m still obsessed with. This is still my go to scent and always puts a smile on my face when I spray it. Sorry for the rant but man is this good. Scent is a 10/10 longevity and sillage are amazing as well.. I have the pre reformulation batch so I’m not sure about the new performance but I get 12+ hours with 2-3 hours projection!

So as we all know, hard candy and HCE get all the attention in Aaron’s brand but I truly believe slut and its elixir are much more deserving. These smell absolutely incredible, like walking through candy instead of a candy store. I normally don’t wear them alone as they’re designed to be layered together but my God do they smell like heaven. Super sweet… super slutty like the name implies… perfect for any casual occasion because this scent is not at all professional. Take my word on it these are Aaron’s masterpieces.

Usually I apply fragrances to smell good for other people so I apply the usual 5 sprays, 2 behind each ear… one on each collar and one behind my head but for this fragrance I will never skip out on spraying it on my arm so I can constantly go back and smell this wonderful fragrance. The opening starts out incredibly sweet, unlike hard candy which smells like the surroundings of a candy shop… this smells like you’ve taken one of the candies and extracted the smell almost cool and like and wore that…. Absolutely wonderful everyone loves the scent of candy!!! And then the fragrance starts to dry down and develop and oh my goodness… kind of reminds me of the Layton dry down with the beautiful vanilla creaminess and sweetness that just smells so incredibly appealing! And FINALLY THE PERFORMANCE IS INSANE!!! Lasted 15 hours on my skin believe it or not and projected like nothing else (but not cloying which is amazing) I got multiple compliments that I smelled really nice!! I’m super happy in the direction Aaron is going love his sweets like he does! Can’t wait for the future !

Can’t seem to understand why the longevity is only a 7.9! For me it was Ridiculously long lasting, sprayed it yesterday at 5pm and can still smell it today at 2:30 pm after a shower as well! Projection is perfect, people will smell you but you won’t over power them. And the scent, wow, extremely realistic grapefruit in the opening and dries down to something a bit similar to the bleu de Chanel opening but more realistic and higher quality smelling. Extremely impressed and do not regret this blind buy at all!!!! 10/10
