I sit on a swing with a waffle cone filled with melting vanilla ice cream, my head tilted back to squint at the sky and admire the orange rays of sunlight filtering through my eyelashes.
Warm - with a hint of orange fruits, yet surprisingly not sweet and quite subtly white-chocolatey. A delicate gourmand that accompanies you all day long. I've had this little treat in my collection for so many years and I'm still completely in love. It's a shame that something so beautiful has been discontinued :(

6:30 AM, before work, a quick 2 hours in the calorie disco. It's spring and you're hit by bikini fear. You laboriously drag yourself up the stairs, that's actually enough for today. But come on, what the heck, "No pain, no gain"! You greet the sleepy trainer and pass by the bicep plantation. The same Arnies are there every day, with muscles of steel - hmm, or anabolic steroids??? And then you notice it!!! What - or better said - who smells so bad here? Aha, an outsider, type Heavy Metal fan. Normally, this endangered species is cool, funny, particularly masculine, and by no means smells bad. But this one... Sure, you sweat when you exercise, and whether a shower before working out makes sense is debatable, but this stench is unbearable. Is it the sweaty flip-flops he’s wearing or his favorite Slipknot cut-off shirt from Bangladesh, which is particularly absorbent? And that's how it smells where he has been: heavy! Whatever. Quick, get out of here! Off to the locker room, a quick chat with Gabi, whose pink headband goes particularly well with her calf-free leggings, over which her semi-transparent, leopard-spotted sports shirt falls loosely. Respect for this enchanting, fairy-like combo!!! Now, let’s go, change, and quickly apply your beloved Sport Water by Jilli and dive into the crowd.
Heavenly, like freshly showered, completely unsweet, floral-soft with a subtle citrus note and pleasantly light woody base. As if you’re diving into crystal blue water. A compliment magnet with top durability and good sillage, even for a small budget! A great scent that is always and everywhere present and suitable. Let the others have their mustiness, you smell like a cool wave from the ocean :-).

Imagine a summer straight out of a 1950s children's film set in a rural backdrop. This summer smells of blades of grass, birds chirping, bees, leaves, and the classic treehouse picnic. It tingles on your skin like ladybug legs on your arms. It fills every breath with freshly mown grass, dew drops on crisp rose buds, and juicy pears and apples hanging from lush green trees. It is the eternal summer in all its finest splendor...

This is exactly how Un Jardin sur le Toit smells to me. An absolutely fresh, authentic garden scent with great longevity. For me, it lasts about 10 hours. The sillage is noticeable but not overpowering. For me, it is clearly a women's fragrance that instantly lifts your spirits :)
