Harvest for the Gold
Ok guys, here is my own story, just today 17:10PM with 24 Gold.
15:45 PM - I logged out from work and will head to post office to check on my perfume orders. My male co-worker that is logging out by 16:00pm ask me if I want a lift going home. I said sure then we can meet some place outside office after I checked my p.o. box. Deal! He said.
15:50 PM - I arrived at Post Office, heading to my box then went to the counter to claim. Postman gave me the box, I read the sender, expecting to get the Agent Provocateur or Le Dandy edt &/or edp.
But the seller was from Amazon which means, this is 24 Gold.
I opened the package, and saw the gold and black classy 24 Gold and checked the authenticity, serial no. etc. It all match, an assurance of authentic purchase. Now my last test would be, to spray it. Gold cap was great, easy and tight at the same time. I tried to spray once, no perfume came out, another, still nothing. Then I am solved that this is the real deal.
15:57 - 1 spray to back hand. Oh sweet first smell, reminded me of Paco Rabanne Ultra Red and 1 Million. Very vanilla, creamy top, a little powdery but very pleasant, could be guaiac wood but definitely no oud, yet. Powerful projection.
Three minutes after oud is slowly manifesting, subtle and very pleasing equally combining with jasmine which astonished my nose, making me convinced that this is wonderful indeed. After 10 minutes, its sweetness lessen and oud/floral combo much detected now. Such a beautiful scent that is sensual, well blended, transforming and very oriental but not cloying.
16:10 - The projection outside the post office is outstanding. The cold winds enhanced the fragrance. I was walking to meet my co-worker at the pharmacy, to ride with him and with just a spray on my back hand, the scent is a massive cloak in a winter afternoon.
Just amazing to experience it.
16:15 - I hopped in to his car and whoa, he smelled it already and told me what scent was that? It is strong but it smells very good. So I told him the brand and he wants to see the bottle and he smelled the sprayer and said, it is different from how it smells on me, different but very good aroma. He asked me where I bought it coz it is the first time he heard about this perfume.
So that was it, my actual experience with 24 Gold that ended with an immediate compliment.
My two cents: I felt the presence of oud, floral, balmy, vanilla, woods, some spices and powdery effect. But my over all take is that this a beautiful perfume that will surely earn compliment especially to women. It is really powerful but never cloying. It has the qualities of a well refined, unique, sensual and classy perfume that has some slight resemblance here and there with other known perfumes (Ultrared, 1Million, Tobacco Vanille, Armani Code, Fantasy) but able to hold the oud that pops in and out. This is a hell of a thrill ride that is worth its price. I can say it will have a following even for those who are into niche perfumes. Haute means High Class...
It is a beast in a bottle. A powerful citrus with spice that fills the entire room of an aroma that projects a high class scent, fresh, citrus, woody spicy with slight barbershop feel..
There is an animalic tone, light aquatic & after shower fleeting along the spices. It is winter evening when I applied this, all over my neck, wrist & chest. My whole room smells far from an air freshener despite a dominant citrus. I went out of the room to prepare dinner & after an hour, my room still smells awesome. This is one of the real powerhouse perfume that does not cloy. I never though this will work on minus temperature/cold nights.
I highly recommend this to men late 20's & up. This is versatile, all-weather, all occasion because power bottle it may be, sillage & longevity monster, this will please the weare & definitely attract both genders to get near you. Women would love this on a man especially when worn right after a bath. Is this a cuddly scent? Give it an hour and you will be irresistible to your loving partner. This can match those highly reviewed niche fragrances.

I rate this 9.5/10 for over all quality & compliments. One of the best chypre with citrus & spices. I even smell some hints of leather on heart & base.

Roses are Red and so is Aoud...
The top stage may give a slight headache. It was powerful, deep and penetrating.
I was disappointed, at first, right after a spray. I thought oh no, this is the same as Montale Aoud Lime. Aoud Lime is a hate to my nose, gave me the strongest headache just by a spray. I thought this Red Aoud has the same attack on me, but only, I smell rose (though not listed), pepper, along with the moderate aoud. But as seconds passed, it is not as terrible cloy as it was like Aoud Lime.
In fact, the scent is very attractive, lovely, I just have to convince myself that this cloying stage would be over soonest and it did. Don't get me wrong but this top stage is a stunning fragrance. I did my first test inside my bedroom under a normal room temperature.
Few minutes after, I was mesmerized by how the scent performed a wonderful floral and woody dance that my nose and smelling perception was hypnotized to utmost admiration & joy. The heart to base was on my skin, linear, the blend of light rose, strong spices and aoud done just right, all the way, amazed my heart to beat along this fragrance dance. A formal romantic dance with a beautiful woman, wearing a gorgeous, sleeveless red dress. Her charm was very inviting. Her aura captivates anyone, woman and man, within her sight. That was how I imagine Red Aoud on my nose, with just a decent spray.
Two weeks after, I decided to wear this on a minus 18 winter mid afternoon, two sprays, going on a friend's birthday bash. I met two female friends at a cafe, before heading to the celebrant's pad. I brought with me my sample, to ready a spray should I stay at the occasion for the next 5 hours or so. At the cafe, they smelled a whiff & right then, I received wonderful compliments, asking me to share a tiny spray to their wrists. We all felt the rose, the unfamiliar aoud scent, the blend of a fragrance perfection.
As we are at the party, Red Aoud projected in the living room, like the gorgeous dancer in red dress, it floats everywhere, wanting to be noticed, balmy, woody, some fruity & floral, synthetic in the best way & well spiced. It was this wonderfully infecting our senses that it came to be a topic for a while. I have no choice but to spit out her name.. Montale Red Aoud
The next morning, after an evening of fun and a few drinks, I took a shower and to my surprise, I can still smell this beautiful perfume on my skin. I was convinced that this beauty is an immortal. A beast in projection, a goddess in longevity, a fragrance to desire and to possess.

Secret revealed..
This has to be an A*men flanker as it I smell a touch of A*Men on heart and dry down. A beautiful perfume that impressed me the way I was impressed with Timbuktu. The feeling I have for this two on the scent were pure admiration and jumping with joy. But to compare these two, I go for Timbuktu. But to compare this with other fresh spicy, citrus and herbal perfumes out there, this is a great contender. Women has complimented me already wearing Secret Men.
It is not strong, non cloying and just when I thought that Sugar Daddy was the best in this line, I was wrong. This is a sensual fresh scent that is so good on cuddling moments, formal, rugged and even office wear. A safe scent for a well satisfied blind buy. Bottle worthy? It's a bottle back-up worthy.
Oh and do try the after shave lotion, just by its own, I love it. True scent to it's perfume version.

Very underrated and unpopular to USA & Canada market.
In a way it is good so far and I am sure this will be discovered and would be a signature scent to many perfume admirers.
I am lucky to have a bottle and I very happy to have discovered a wonderful perfume to add in my wardrobe.
It opens with a very pleasant mixes of paprika, sage and bergamot, dominated by coffee that is semi-sweet, a perfect blend. It smells classy, rich and bold but non cloying nor too loud. I was astonished because its opening is like a niche perfume. Just by its top scent, I would already buy this.
The heart sets in after about 5 minutes and I smell the lovely balance of coffee and iris. It is as wonderful as the top. Very very pleasant, not too sweet, well refined. I have no idea what geranium is but at this stage I was trying to compare it with the perfumes on my wardrobe. I can't find any comparison.
It may have some hints of FCUK Friction for Him, but this one, tamed as it is, is far better than Friction. Signature Heritage smells classy and expensive with an after shower feel. It is by heart where I smell a less full blown designer frag, very unique, leaning to a niche classification. Very well blended coffee plus other notes. Minutes before the base sets in, I smell a different scent coming out with coffee, if this is geranium, this is so good.
The heart has 2 phases on my experience, coffee with iris then coffee with geranium. A great winter treat.
I think ladies would love to really smell this on men, plus if they are adventurous to wear men's fragrance, this is a great start as it is not a loud one, not a sharp one, not a too obvious masculine one as there seems to be a very light support of floral note not listed. Could be some effect of this perfume composition. Ladies looking for a coffee note that is way too pleasant must check this Signature Heritage.
Men that are more in search of loud projection that smells too common for the public, avoid this. This one is one of a kind but a quiet man. I based my review on two sprays left wrist and after 20 minuts, two sprays back hand, to compare how two areas perform its pyramid stages on my skin in different time intervals.
After a fantastic top and heart, I thought maybe the base would be a disappointment but I was wrong. 20 minutes or so after wearing, the scent became a lesser version of the heart added with tonka, light incense and cedar. Is the coffee still there? Yes but mild. It is present all throughout the pyramid stages. Tonka leads the base, support from incense and cedar with added kicks of coffee.
As per longevity, this one stay on the base for the next 3 to 4 hours but after that, it will be simply be close to skin. I have a 75ml. bottle and I dont mind spraying again after 4 hours after experiencing a wonderful treat from Oriflame. For it's very affordable price, classy scent yet hard to find, non-exploited plus uniqueness, I can't complain. A great surprise, the same surprise feeling I got from Sexual Secret Man but they definitely are different.
