An oriental journey
The bottle and lid are richly decorated and the glass looks high quality, overall the bottle sits wonderfully in the hand. Whether you like the design or not is up to you to decide, but for this price of €15, it's more the inner values that count, and this fragrance completely convinces me.
The fragrance starts shrill in the first few minutes, already unpleasant, there is a clear spice to be heard, with notes of cinnamon, which unfold after a few minutes and then the journey to the Orient starts and it becomes warm and cozy. I perceive a rose that is sweet and beautiful, but still distant, with woody notes clearly in the foreground, which bring a smoky spiciness with them. After 30 minutes, the rose is further away and with it the sweetness, which still resonates. The smoky oud now unfolds and the fragrance envelops you and your surroundings. The journey continues on my skin for another 10 hours until it moves on without me.
Overall, a very successful fragrance, which I like very much, especially the smoky oud with a very pleasant sweetness appeals to me very much. However, you really have to endure the first few minutes of this journey until the exhausting spicy notes have subsided.
Afterwards, however, you are rewarded with extreme longevity and the people around you can also perceive you well.
It is a slightly different oriental fragrance, but for the price it is a safe recommendation from me if you are comfortable with this type of fragrance.
