I first sampled, during the pre Brexit era, the 2019/early 2020 versions and then ordered a 2020 bottle from ATH as I was impressed on the real and generous use of tobacco, presented clearly and unapologetically not like in Pure Havane where its drowned in sweetness. The full bottle had a different type of vanilla, vanilla absolute I mean, and it showed, it was sharper than the 10ml bottle(the sample) and less smooth along the way. Otherwise, a huge, huge performer, a mix of tobacco, woodsy oud, vanilla while the rose was just there to support things and round them. I got rid of the full bottle and kept the 10ml sample, it's a gem :D.

Just read the Fragrantica review article of this perfume and you'll realize it is polarizing. That is because it was meant to bring something new as an anticonsumerism olfactory object but it simply fails unfortunately and it's a pity it pales in front of other Landi perfumes, like 1968 from Rundholz, who with less ingredients makes a better, more cohesive perfume. Trust Me is a mix of numerous notes that mesh up cloyingly sweet, without the clarity you'd expect at the price range (150EUR/50ml) and the sophistication of the product coming from Landi's hands. Truth be told, it's the "editor" of the perfume, the lady owner of Createur, that guided the creation of this perfume, so Landi was an executor but still ... Try before you buy, it was an unsuccessful blind for me.

Hyped as f%$# by all kind of reviewers 3-4 years ago, this is a good performer that continued the tradition of Aqva Amara by offering an enjoyable spring/summer experience in the notes of a seaside smell, so to speak. As the title suggests, it has too much ambroxan, maybe Bvlgari's response to Eau Sauvage success, and that's where it failed for me, it reminded me too much of that powerhouse. Along the ambroxan comes a little sweetness so it stands below Aqva Amara and Aqva Marine in my preference list. Solid performer, medium projection and excelled longevity 8h+. Enjoy !

Back in 2019 when collecting perfumes started for me, this and Noble Fig were one of the two cheapies most hyped on YT, especially in Europe's reviewers channels. Both were decent blind buys, with a price/quality ratio most honorable. Bright Neroli is just what it says it is : a spring and summer fragrance with not a shy presence on skin, with a feel good vibe and a feeling of cleanness that invites you to put it on skin and enjoy your day. Does it smell as good as some Roja freshie ? No, but it sure keeps you company for many hours and holds you in a bubble of deliciousness.

Hyped as f@$& a few years ago, it was a successful blind buy at the beginning of this strange hobby of collecting scents. Sweet but with an edgy side due to the cumin, this perfume doesn’t drown you in the generic female rose scent, it remains masculine and doesn’t get BO during drydown as for example Sauvage smells on some people. It’s a nice scent for it’s price, unique in that range and enjoyable.
