Cheap and penetrating
The fragrance was so often described as a liquid memory of the Ed of Schleckeis, which stuck me as a child every summer in the gesammten face.
So I ordered it blind and was surprised.
Pink Sugar is not gourmand sweet on my skin, no caramel or marshmallow notes, but a cheap chick scent. In the foreground the green fig leaf and synthetic berry fruit.
In my head comes an image of a badly blond teenager with pink sweatpants and long plastic fingernails.

Maybe in combination with another perfume still to save, otherwise rather trash.

Christmas in the nineties
The fragrance I had to try immediately, because he absolutely fits into my current Beuteschema. So off to the drugstore of confidence and sniffed.

The first impression is very green and biting spicy, but that evaporates after some time and what remains is pure Christmas spirit.
Attention, not the sweet and sticky kind of Christmas scents that make you smell as if you had bathed in marzipan and cookie dough.
It remains a deep multilayered fragrance that reminds me madly of earlier Christmas. Discreetly citrusy and minimally green like dried orange peels on the Advent wreath , insanely warm spicy and dark like the fresh chai tea and a bit fruity as would a baked apple waiting in the oven. (Although peach and not apple is listed in the fragrance pyramid)

The scent lasts hours on the skin and is also well perceived by my environment, but not too intrusive. Despite the unbeatable price of less than 15€ in the store, I did not buy it for the time being, because it is very similar to Obsession from Calvin Klein except for the fruity part.

Love at second sight
I bought the fragrance on recommendation without being able to smell it. When I first sniffed it at home I was disappointed. I was expecting a creamy, pure vanilla note. The scent came with a strong almond aroma and some floral note at the beginning, only after a few minutes the vanilla gradually came into play.
Until this scent, I never had the desire for an almond scent.
After a few hours, there was still a slight warm almond vanilla scent on my skin. For some reason, this reminds me of the scent of my Barbies in the 90s.

A few days later, I sprayed the scent on myself after showering and loved it.
Almond and vanilla - nothing else. Perfect for a cosy evening on the sofa.

The perfume is a great complement to Joop - Le bain. And for very little money.
