Boring and forgetable
So sad to smell this new perfume by Prada and finding nothing memorable in it. Just another unremarkable and unoriginal safe clean pear floral vanillla combo.

Seems most brands keep their interesting creations for a few exclusive buyers (I'm talking about exclusive lines for over 250e for 100ml), and deliver grey flat uniform creations for the masses which buy one perfume a year.

A stupid approach which Prada didn't always share, just look at the whole infusión line.

So quite a disappointment.

Let's remember all these fashion brands wouldn't be able to survive just with their benefits from the few ultrarich.

Please, make good perfumes for common people again.

Give us some respect, if you want our money.

Solve your paradoxe.

Cold soap
I really wanted to like this one so much... but no. It is so so clean and fresh that results too close to cleaning cosmetics and laundry liquid soaps for me. No prominent natural lilacs, no almond either. I wish I could get what others describe. To my nose, this is not flowery or a comforting fresh, it is just not a perfume but a synthetic cold laundry detergent.

Warm soft smoked vanille for everyday
If you are a fan of Couvent's Cologne of the Missions you'll probably like this one as well. Though the first stages are more spicy and I'll say it might include some soft citrus, soon after the smoked vanille and resins manage to bring that sibling to mind. It is lighter and has more cacao but it is not overwhelmimg. Might be worn even in warmer temperatures. Doesn't have a huge sillage nor doesn't it last too long on skin. Still I think It is a good acquisition given its great price if you want a sweet warm soft perfume for every season.

Warm companion
I'm not ashamed to admit I love Passion in winter evenings. It lifts my mood when the days are short, shady and cold. Makes me reject my body's temptations to hibernate, motivates me to put on a warm coat and an extravagant retro beret and go for a drink with a good old friend for the simple and irreplaceable joy of sharing our melancholia. It makes me wish I had a vintage fur coat to bring it along and wrap myself inside of it. This perfume is a dirty old style oriental which on my skin it is all about the musk, spices, woods and resins in the drydown.

Unexpected spring orchid
Piment brulant is a wonderful spring perfume for those of us who love gardening as much as we love perfumes. Or maybe we love perfumes because we first loved scented plants and flowers. Anyhow this perfume smells nothing like you would have expected reading the pyramid notes, not because It isn't a fair one but due to our own stereotyped expectations in relation to some notes. The notes are right but the way the are presented is an unexpected and unique one. Their way here makes me think of the pepper plant rather than the fruit itself. The chocolate, cacao, spices and the rest of the drydown notes are diluted by fresh clean rainwater. You can feel the humid leaves and the gratefull wet soil. Piment brulant is a perfume which to my heart seems to celebrate the renewed life cycle spring brings along. Helps me to pay careful attention to green life around me. A still today very modern scent that is already twenty years old. Happy birthday and thank you for the pleasures you provide me.
