I have known this fragrance since 2014. I received it as a gift from my sister. I found it a bit too light for me, as I prefer deep and bold scents. I finished the bottle and haven't worn it since. Then, last December, I received it again from my sister for my birthday. A few days later, I sprayed it on and thought: "WOW! What a beautiful, light, fresh, sweet scent!". Unfortunately, there are no fragrance notes available here, so I'll try to describe it. I smell an ice-cold cucumber and a delicious, fresh apple. It is incredibly fresh and sweet, perfect for hot summer days, or simply whenever you feel like wearing the scent. Since I don't know the original (DKNY Be Delicious), I can't make a comparison. However, it is said to be a dupe for it.

In October 2022, we were in Kos and took a day trip to Bodrum. There was a small drugstore, similar to dm & Rossmann, just much smaller. Of course, I went straight to the fragrances and the baby section. I saw the brand Johnson & Johnson, better known to us as Penaten, and I just love that typical scent from my childhood. I spotted this little bottle with the word Cologne on it, opened it, took a sniff, and I was once again a little girl being bathed by her mom. A very familiar scent and so much love came to my mind. Pure Penaten.

It was a very warm day in October at Müller in Gelsenkirchen. My husband and I were picking up a few Christmas gifts for his nephews and niece, and of course, I had to stop by the perfume department. I walked past the shelves and suddenly this beautiful bottle caught my eye. I told my husband that it could only be a dupe of HP, held it under his nose, and he said it was that vanilla scent I always wear in winter. I am still blown away by this beautiful fragrance. Câline, you did an amazing job. Just 1:1 like HP! Delicious vanilla, so wonderfully sweet, heavy, a Christmas bakery, beautifully packaged. Wonderful to wear in winter.

It was March 2020, right in the middle of the Corona lockdown. My husband and I were at dm, heading to the checkout when I caught a glimpse of this bottle out of the corner of my eye and knew immediately that it could only be a dupe for HP by Dior. Without testing it, I took it with me. Once home, I was completely overwhelmed by this beautiful scent. La Rive really knows how to do it! As a teenager, I always went to the perfume shop with my best friend and sprayed HP because I loved it so much back then. Sweet Hope is truly an absolutely amazing fragrance, so irresistibly sweet, heavy, with loads of vanilla, just like being in a Christmas bakery, so delicious. I could bathe in it!

My husband just wanted to quickly grab some bread at Lidl. He packed everything into the shopping cart, walked past the 50%-off items, and saw men's perfume reduced from €4.99 to €2.49. I should mention that he is not a big perfume wearer and he doesn't know much about it at all. Well, he opened the packaging, sprayed some on his wrist, and he was thrilled by the fresh scent from the very first whiff. He describes it as a day at the sea and vacation. I, on the other hand, find it fresh, somewhat citrusy, and like a man right after he comes out of the shower. In any case, it naturally came home with us. Once we got home, he held the scent under my nose and asked me, "Honey, what does this smell like?". I sniffed and couldn't think of anything, maybe something aquatic. Then I was allowed to open my eyes and I immediately said: "Sauvage!!!". The bottle is just so beautiful and looks almost identical, really high-quality. I also like the scent very much, but I don't know the original. Anyway, you just can't go wrong with perfume at Lidl. If the man is happy, so am I! ️
