		Good things take time...
It was again one of my many blind buys that initially prompted the reaction "that's it, this is thoroughly off the mark." Well, today is a gardening day. I don’t need a great scent for that. So, Extravagance D'Amarige is being used. It does the job just fine. When I first sprayed it, I felt confirmed in my opinion that the scent was a misstep, primarily blaming the somewhat bitter-smelling marigold for that. Now the scent has been with me for three hours, and to my surprise, it is becoming increasingly likable. Because what follows in the heart and especially in the base notes is by no means the troublemaker of the beginning. The bitterness is gone, and the floral aspect of the scent becomes softer and gentler. Amber definitely warms the fragrance. It may not become my favorite scent, but it will surely be pulled out from the last corner more often. Conclusion: Give every fragrance a chance, it often pays off.

		The Immerser
When I wear Hynôse - preferably in autumn and winter - I always have the urge to take a deep breath through my nose to absorb this fine sweet, vanilla-powdery scent as intensely as possible.
There is nothing excessive here, no fear of headaches, it doesn’t bother anyone but gives me a feeling of comfort par excellence from the very beginning. That means I don’t perceive a significant change.
But that doesn’t bother me here either.
While with some - even beautiful - fragrances, you first have to get through the challenging top notes, I can enjoy Hypnôse from the start.
This fragrance can be worn to the theater and cinema without hesitation, without the risk of disturbing neighbors, as the sillage is not overpowering.
For me, Hypnôse is a scent that always works, but never leaves my collection.

		Good things take time...
...and time makes this fragrance an olfactory delight.
Much has already been written about this scent.
I simply want to join the ranks of the fans.
The intense jasmine-heavy start of the fragrance makes me doubt whether I want to put myself and those around me through this.
Yes, I do, because after a certain time, the metamorphosis into one of the most beautiful scents in my collection begins.
Sweet, feminine, and sexy!!!
How wonderfully it wafts around my nose after hours, as soon as I move my head a little.
I am also a proponent of the "spraying on freshly washed hair".
It works well!
Even my husband, who is often 'olfactory blind' - unfortunately :-( raves about this little treat. And that really means something.
The longevity is perfect.
Sprayed in the morning, this fragrance delights me all day long.
Alien is definitely a permanent guest in my collection.

		I struggle....
always with the top notes of the Shalimars.
But I know that shortly afterwards I will be wonderfully rewarded for it.
However, I had to become several decades!! old first to get to know this fine fragrance (thanks to Parfumo).
Both the original and this rejuvenated version, which also whispers to me of the original, are for me the pinnacle of perfume artistry.
It is merely a question of application.
While Shalimar Initial - at least in autumn and winter - is a flattering, powdery-warm everyday fragrance for me, there are very special occasions for the stronger original.
This would overwhelm me in the office ... and surely my colleagues as well.
Shalimar Initial is not intrusive and is well-suited for professional life.
Both are beautiful in their own way.
I will never give up either of them again.
Forever Love!!!

		Why only now?
Why didn't I discover this fragrance much earlier?
The sheer chance that I now have the great pleasure of calling it my own is incredible.
During my city stroll two days ago, I made a detour to the Turquoise store, as I often do. I graciously declined the nice salesperson's offer for help... I actually knew what I wanted. I had three or four fragrances on my "list" that I wanted to test and then - if I liked them - buy cheaper online or auction. No, I don't feel sorry for the Turquoise store because of that :-)))
But back to the fragrance: After I had taken a look at all the potential candidates and nothing had really convinced me yet, I happened to stroll past the Kenzos.
Actually, my nose was already overstimulated, but rather disinterested, I reached for L'eau par Kenzo eau Indigo.
What was that? A wonderful scent enveloped my nose.
Just the way I like it... powdery, but in a very mature form. A wonderfully soft fragrance.
I didn't really perceive the fruits. For me, it was powdery from the very beginning with an increase.
It was love at first sniff. A Kenzo just to my taste.
Contrary to my intention, I rushed to the checkout and took the lovely piece with me. (I was lucky, there was still a 10% discount).

This little gem will be a staple for me. For sure.
