Baptisma opens with a soapy, lemony scent that’s a bit astringent. It reminds me of a dusty, almost-rotten lemon—not the sharp, zesty kind, but more like the forgotten half drying out in the fridge.

As it settles, it gets creamier, and the florals come through, giving it the vibe of a freshly washed and pampered baby. It’s not bad, but it’s definitely not something I’d reach for to wear.

I really like Erborista, but it doesn’t last on my skin, which is disappointing. That said, it brings back some strong childhood memories. When I was a kid and got a bruise, my mom would use essential oils like helichrysum, wintergreen (Gaulthérie), or arnica, and this fragrance smells just like those moments.

It’s herbal, slightly medicinal, and really comforting—like a nostalgic hug in scent form. I wish it stuck around longer, but I can’t deny it’s a special fragrance for how it makes me feel.

Ex-Libris offers a unique and pleasant scent, though not quite what I expected. On my skin, it produced a tingling sensation on my forearms, almost like a mild version of Tiger Balm, though far less intense.

The fragrance leans decidedly green, reminiscent of dried herbs you’d find in an old herbalist shop. While its name suggests a library vibe, to me, it evokes more of the earthy, botanical atmosphere of an apothecary. It’s an intriguing composition, but one that feels more rooted in nature than in the world of dusty books.

Anaïs Biguïne recommend to layer it with Baltasar del Alcazar , which i don't have, but i would definitely like to sample this one so one day i may comeback to discuss about this layering composition !

From all of my wipe sample, this one is different , i can detect a green iris note among some florals and something soapy/powdery. But definitely, i believe that this sample conditionning just destroy any top notes as you need to rub it on your skin.
So i believe this could be interesting but i will probably need to find a spray bottle rather than basing myself on a sample from the brand.
