Decent projection
This fragrance is an orris bomb with a spicy twist from cinnamon. While the cinnamon becomes less prominent in the drydown, it still leaves a warm iris scent.

As someone who isn't the biggest fan of iris fragrances, I find this to be a good option for those who enjoy that note.

If you've found other iris fragrances to smell too much like lipstick, this may be a suitable alternative.

The performance of this fragrance is great, and it has a decent projection.

Slightly better
While ginger is a common note in designer fragrances, it's rarely used as a dominant note.

This fragrance offers a slightly improved version of the typical designer fragrance, with a modernized and higher quality ginger note.

The ginger is blended with other notes such as lemon and ambroxan, creating a unique scent that's not photorealistic.

However, given the price point of a Kilian fragrance, I'm not sure if it's worth paying for a slightly better version of a designer scent.

Personally, I'd be happy with a decant, but wouldn't invest in a full bottle. Additionally, the performance could be better.

Nicely balanced
I must admit, I'm not the biggest fan of yellow florals so my review is heavily biased.

However, I give this fragrance credit for its ability to balance the citrus elements with the vanilla and florals.

Just when you think it's becoming too floral, the vanilla comes in and brings it back to a pleasant level. And when it starts to get too sweet, the spicy and citrus elements kick in to keep it nicely balanced.

The performance is great and it lasts the entire day. If you're a fan of yellow florals, I would definitely recommend giving this one a try.

Smooth and cohesive
I find this fragrance to be better than Vert Malachite from the same collection.

The notes in this composition seem to complement each other better, resulting in a very smooth and cohesive blend.

The combination of neroli and ylang-ylang is particularly lovely. However, I do think the scent is somewhat generic and lacks uniqueness.

That being said, the execution is well done. While it may be a bit pricey, there are likely cheaper alternatives available if you're willing to shop around.

Perfect for the warmer
The opening is fresh and uplifting with some gentle sweetness coming from the mandarin.

The main notes are mandarin and rosemary. There's some woodiness in the background, but overall, I find this scent to be transparent and light.

It's not a particularly complex fragrance, but it's easy to wear and perfect for the warmer months.

While it leans slightly mature, I think anyone could pull this off. Shahbaz_2009 already summed up the scent really well, so read their review below mine for more in-depth analysis.
