Purity of matter
This is an opinion on a sample.
The citrus notes give way to lemongrass essential oil: with its earthy and citrus side, it bridges with the heart notes of the perfume. In the heart notes, a pure orange blossom fragrance is the central element, with a touch of translucent violet flower supporting the elegant and effervescent base notes.
The base of the perfume reflects the vitality and lightness of the middle notes. The body of the perfume is centered on an elegant gray amber with a touch of soft wood. It plays with a fine trace of vanilla, a hint of patchouli and is enriched with a drop of ambrette, the natural resin of cistus leaf.
The materials are simply pure.
Interesting fact: Perfume elected BEST NICHE FRAGRANCE 2010 by the FRAGRANCE FOUNDATION UK (FIFI AWARDS 2011)

French elegance and refinement interpreted by Mr Slimane
Hedi slimane has been for me the embodiment of good taste for more than 20 years (clothing, artistic quality of these creations, perfumes, etc.)
a perfume with a pure smell of nicotine (no cigarettes or tobacco) coated with iris and vanilla very finely made.
Indeed, I agree with the previous comments with the image of the guy sitting at the bar but not smoker, rather the one who gets the smell of tobacco that would come to him in the discotheque.
The resemblance to jazz club is not very realistic in my opinion.
