Sugar with Sugar in Sugar
Today I received a perfume as a gift. Katy Perry Meow!. Finally, my "Purr" has a partner.

I have "tried" the scent several times, and I must honestly say, I only smell sugar or cotton candy... After that, I smell candied sugar, and finally in the base note, candied sugar with a hint of warm vanilla aroma, but sugar dominates.

It's a pity; I had hoped for more. It is not very multifaceted, boring, one-dimensional, and just overly sweet, nothing else. I have smelled this kind of sweetness in perfumes very often... Meow simply smells purely of sugar, later a bit like powdered vanilla sugar. Unfortunately, I really can't pick out anything from the fragrance pyramids that was indicated.

Sure, it's not a bad scent, thankfully I don't get headaches from it, but I really expected a bit more. Additionally, the longevity is not satisfactory.

Smells like squished orange
Honestly, I found that this scent smells like squished orange. It does have a fresh and subtle note, but that crushed orange aroma stands out and is very prominent. Unfortunately, this fragrance gives me headaches. The longevity is good, but it's more suited for someone who likes this perfume. It's rather bland and boring and gets overshadowed by other more beautiful scents. Well, you can't expect too much for the price.

However, the bottle is very nicely designed.

The Little Mermaid
Siren by Paris Hilton is her ninth fragrance for women. At first sniff, it reminds me of Viva La Juicy, but slightly altered and smells a bit different. I like the intensity and the scent, but the fragrance has something "dry" about it. It is still detectable after a while, but barely noticeable.

However, Siren's opening is better than Viva La Juicy. I think the main difference is that Siren opens with apricot, while Viva La Juicy comes on too strong with wild berries. The heart notes are somewhat unpleasant in Siren. They are like a screeching chemical mix of wild flowers, but then the vanilla in the base note comes in and gives Siren exactly what it needs to calm down.

I could love Siren the fragrance if it weren't for the screeching floral phase. Fortunately, that phase was over after about 20 minutes, and the base note with vanilla warmed up on the skin to take over and fully unfold.

The bottle and the concept are lovely and creative. However, it looks a bit cheap, like a bottle from Kik.

Oh dear....
I must confess, I really didn't know what Evdience meant. Of course, I looked it up right away and it says in the dictionary "apparent, obviousness, complete clarity." Ah, I see... So the name of this perfume is basically to be translated as "Like an appearance," or something similar:-)
Well, anyway....

In any case, I received the scent as a gift; I certainly wouldn't have bought it myself. Not my taste at all.

I browsed a bit on the Yves Rocher homepage and found that there are plenty of other products that carry this illustrious name. Deodorants and shower gels, etc....

Aha, the product must be really popular with customers....

What is written on the homepage about this perfume is just hilarious; I don't want to repeat it here, surely everyone can read it for themselves. In any case, it said that pure happiness flows through the veins and fills me with perfection and harmony.

I find this text absolutely amazing. For me, there was no feeling of happiness or any kind of perfection. The opposite was the case... Oh yes, in my opinion, the stuff smells absolutely terrible, like mothballs or insect repellent. It has a sharp lemony and extremely green scent note that really stings the nose. This scent thread runs consistently through to the end... It overpowers the floral light undertone so that you can't perceive the other scent nuances at all...

Fortunately, such things are a matter of taste, and there are surely people who like this smell and to whom it somehow suits, and it smells completely different on everyone....

But my personal feeling is that I will never use this scent again and it actually makes me feel sick since it has such a strong citrus scent that primarily reminds me of *clears throat* toilet cleaner... This is probably due to that chypre scent note. But this could have been executed better...

In general, I also like citrus scents, but this one is so nasty and sharp that it almost brings me to tears..

But I can't grasp the feeling of happiness that I was supposedly supposed to be flooded with... according to the description...:D

However, I am sure that the scent lasts a long time...
Clearly for me, the scent is overrated... and absolutely no recommendation to buy..

As light as a warm summer rain...
Ming Shu Eau de Toilette is exactly the right fragrance for summer; it has the freshness as if you were bathing in a spring, the lightness of a dew drop, and is as floral as a flower meadow.

I can definitely smell the water lily well... the fragrance also has something metallic about it... which I actually like. The light blue pastel color fits well with the scent.

It's a pity that Yves Rocher is discontinuing the fragrance, so it is still available very cheaply on the YR homepage under "SALE" at a low price.

A truly fresh, light, floral perfume for younger and middle-aged people. It smells wonderful for anyone who prefers not to be too overpowering but rather fine, subtle, bright, soft, and feminine. It is cheerful, yet it radiates a certain calmness...

However, I find that the scent fades quite quickly. What a shame! Otherwise, I am satisfied.
