Rich leather, balanced with nature
This is a very unique and rich scent, one that I haven’t been able to compare it justly or to even other ingredients or fragrances. It smells fairly close to leather-backed books — not quite leather pelt or from fresh smithing, but a sweeter adjacent. Think of when you walk into a leather shop, but add the jasmine and sandalwood and neuter it down with spice. This evokes a sense of fantasy or something outer-worldly, but not quite something I’d wear on myself. I feel this is better for a room fragrance since it feels like you’re reading paper scrolls in a tomb.
Fresh and sweet, but similar to bath products
I really loved this at first smell, but after wearing it for a few hours it just became sugary and sweet in a pear/grape way that was similar to a hairspray or bubble bath. It has a little aquatic nature to it as well, mixing with some flowers found near meadows and ponds. However, it sadly only lasted around 6 hours and smells weaker compared to other Versace counterparts found in sample packs or on the shelves.
