Overwhelmingly Bitter
First spray at 8:35am
Immediately I get a really bitter note. Is the almond bitter rather than sweet? Honestly not liking it at first. It’s got some citrus in there from the orange blossom, but I’m mostly getting an overwhelmingly stale bitter note. Kind of like anise… and I am not a fan of licorice. I'm honestly not getting any of the notes listed.
By 9:30, it’s still really bitter. I also feel like it has woody undertones that aren’t listed. I don’t know… I think this just isn’t for me. I’d be curious to know how this compares to Carolina Herrera's Good Girl.

Makes me want to try Mon Paris!
Sprayed at 6:50am
By 10am it’s mostly faded, but I’m still getting some a few inches away
At first spray it’s super fruity and sweet… almost cloying. I’m getting notes of raspberry and jasmine (or maybe gardenia). The floral notes are definitely coming to the front as it dries down. Once dry it’s really a soft fruity floral. I’m definitely getting the brown sugar and an undertone of vanilla. Ooh, the pear is definitely coming through now.
This is a really lovely sweet floral fragrance. The projection is moderate. Makes me wonder what the original is like. Definitely now want to try Mon Paris!

Creamy (and slightly soapy) Apricot
Sprayed at 6:45am
I’m definitely getting the creamy apricot. Interestingly, I’m getting a bit of soapiness from this one too.
Now that’s it’s dried down I’m definitely getting the brown sugar and jasmine… maybe a hint of the amber? But the creamy apricot is definitely still dominant.
By 8:30 it’s mostly faded, but perhaps that’s expected for a cheaper perfume.
I wasn’t really looking for an apricot perfume, but this is lovely and I think I’ll hold on to it.

Soap + Coconut
Sprayed at 9:15am
Very soapy at first spray. But it quickly mellows out to a creamy coconut with a some white floral undertones. Well, it still has a soapy aldehyde undertone, but it’s definitely not prominent as it has dried down. I would say it kind of smells like a highly scented luxury hotel soap. I’m also catching a hint of something a little woody… maybe a smooth, creamy sandalwood?
By noon it’s pretty much faded. I’m going to refresh and spray again for more impressions…
Okay, after the second spray, I definitely get the vanilla in addition to the coconut. I’m wondering if the bergamot is the source of the soapiness. However, I’m not getting the praline note at all.
So overall, I like this and it’s very pretty. I just think I want to find a more linear coconut fragrance. Or maybe a coconut fragrance that is lighter for summer months. I’ll keep the bottle, but I bet I can find something I like better.

Nothing Unique, but It's Still Nice
You know, I tested this when I first got it and wasn’t crazy about it. But it’s really growing on me. Top notes are like a cloved orange with cinnamon. As it dries down, the pumpkin and nutmeg really come out, but it’s soft with the milk and sandalwood.
I’m not sure if it’s exactly the “pumpkin spice” I was looking for, but it’s really lovely and definitely autumnal. Not really anything unique, but I think I’ll hold on to the bottle.
