Iceblocks

'Baccarat Rouge 540' but set it in a jazz lounge. Rounded, smoothed-out and slightly more down-to-earth version of BR540's sugar haze.

All I get out of this is cumin! There's a tiny bit of buried menthol-woodiness behind it, but otherwise it's cumin, cumin, cumin :(

The ginger in this comes through as warmth but without the sharp 'kick' it usually has. A very transparent, warm, musky-fuzzy wood scent.

Despite the imagery that this invokes, I find it VERY tonka/almond-heavy. More of a creamy-nutty-woods scent than the flower it's named for.

A pear resting on a decadent charcuterie board. An incredibly realistic pear note, paired (hah) with fatty, almost salty walnut. Lovely.
