Wild horses
This is one dark horse on the run to wild pastures!

Mysterious, spicy warm, feminine out of the ordinary. There are no white flowers here, no chirping fruit or sugars, no safety net for those who ride it.

Just the dark velvet of the night on the way to exotic dreams!
An absolute "I am (different)" charming its way to your mind and will.

10/10 from me!

Easter in a bottle
Lovers of mimosa, this is the softest, most delicate embrace you'll get from such flower. Delightful!

The opening it's all about her and tuberose, hand in hand like good friends. Jasmine crispens things up a little, clean and fresh, to soon make space for the musk and vanilla in a sublime, mellow accord.

One of the best mix white / yellow florals that speaks of spring, joy, sun and new beginnings. Absolute love from me for this classy, intriguing, discreet yet persistent fragrance.

Perfect for your sunny days, new summer dresses and sandals and warm nights out, as much as for uplifting mornings. I wear it in spring mostly, due to the poor sillage: it works best in slightly cold weather than summer.

Just. Wow.

If you don't like crisp florals, stay away friend.
An unusual floral, very pleasant.

First spray: hyacint and lime march forward at full force, with pear following them a step behind. Mimosa takes its time to reach them, a few minutes after, to soften the trio crispness. It's like a lady joining three gentlemen in conversation: suave, enchanting, delicate in her approach.

The fragrance mellows rather slowly, developing into a comforting, soft white floral, soapish scent.
Not particularly impressed by it, but I would most definitely wear it this summer.
Very pleased overall, it's a "well done" Cartier for bringing out there something completely different from the trendy.

Update: it's been 30 minutes since I sprayed on Carat... NOW I'm truly impressed! 10/10 from me!!!!

2nd Update: ... and it keeps going! After a few hours, Carat unleashes its primal, magical spell. Could anyone wish for more? No.

I should add that I have a slightly alkaline PH, which makes my skin rather dry and cold compared to the average PH. This type of perfume works better on alkaline, it needs a "colder" and dryer skin to fully release the bottom notes. I noticed this in years of scent addictions: what works wonders on me, doesn't work at all on others.

ENCHANTING!

No, no, no

This is atrocious, in any possible form and way.
Agony in liquid form, a reminder of diseases and sad days - something here brings up in me memories of hospitals disinfectant!

The medicinal note (menthol like) is so strong that makes one gag. I did not mind so much the bitter note, but this is unworkable, friction or no friction to release the "true essence" of tiger liana (as someone kindly explained).

I love Mugler's perfumes, but this fragrance fails to impress me, other than for the wrong reasons.

Never, not even in a million years time. And I cannot, for the love of sanity, believe anyone would wear this beastly cough syroup on any occasion. Unless they aim at creating the void around them, or kill someone by suffocation.
Especially given the longevity and sillage: it's like having a 500 lbp tiger clinging on your skin, claws and weight and all. Won't wash off, and won't let go until it has decided to let you go.... (!)

The only positive note here has nothing to do with scents, rather packaging: the bottle is AWESOME. If anything, I'll use it to dress up some corner of my lounge :)

An underestimated little jewel
This. Is. An. Amazing. Fragrance.

Much underestimated in my humble opinion, possibly due to it being not so known.

How to describe it... a fall into a cornucopia of fruit and toffee? Warm, fruity, just a tad "sticky" but in a very pleasant way. Vanilla not too prominent, but present as the perfect link to connect fruit and white flowers. Not crisp at all, but clean and creamy. I found the word: moreish!

Seductive? Absolutely!
Intriguing? Hell, yeah.
Floral fruit and gourmand lovers, this is "summer truffle sandae meet jungle queen - the panther! - for a night of passion" ... and boy, it's a long night...
