N(i)o doubts, it's a masterpiece!
When I first tried Xerjoff, Nio was one of four I included in my sample kit. And that's because I liked to see how Xerjoff managed to mix nutmeg with citrus (I'm crazy about "a special nutmeg fragrance", as I wore it for a long, long time).

Back to Nio, I can tell you guys, it's the most complex green citrus I've ever tried. It opens with sharp citrus notes (I feel the neroli and the rounded bergamot) and I also feel the nutmeg note. To my nose, I feel this opening for at least fifteen to half an hour, and then it evolves into a green side, which I think is the vetiver. At that time, for 2-3 hours the vetiver, which is dry and green, walks along with a nutmeg tone (perhaps suggested by my experience with this note!).

And then, a sweeter, darker side shines through at the end. The drydown is beautiful and the woods appear little by little, like a creamy and velvety note, but closer to the skin.

At least on my skin, it lasts 6 to 8 hours.

In terms of conclusion, for me it's a fresh and green citrus that transforms into a darker fragrance, so it seems perfect for late afternoon/early evenings in spring and summer. The blend is beautifully done, and for those who like to feel the nutmeg note, in a subtle way, it's delicious.

I liked it so much that, even though it is winter, I bought it and I'm using it right now!
