I love this!! Why isn't it worn so much more?!
OK.....
This fragrance is SERIOUSLY underrated. Why? Just why?

It's clean, fresh, earthy, spicy, soapy and just great. I wonder if it was packaged in a more expensive bottle (and like I stated in my review about blue stratos) advertising money thrown at it and a "celebrity" used on an advert, would it be more popular?

In the opening the basil and the lemon are predominant giving way after a good while to the sage, cedar and patchouli which come through strongest in my opinion. Then the magic happens.... The drydown is just lovely, masculine and warm. The moss, leather and amber are great and make this totally not linear.

It's like old spice and brut. They had this stigma because dad and grandad wore them but that is over as dad and grandad are now the joop and cool water (which I really like BTW) crew. The stigma is the outdated thing not the fragrance or fragrances.

I find those in their late 40s to 50s to hold the stigma not 40 downwards!

The longevity for an aftershave is fantastic and I get 3 hours on skin and more on clothes so the value for money is excellent.

Another great fragrance for people who are financially struggling or on a budget. £9 for 2x 100ml. And some of the flankers like musk are excellent.

It's still been made, it's still been brought. Lovely stuff.

Pleasant yet synthetic.
I bought this of the back of the original OMS and it's definitely not on the same "beast mode" level!

I find the opening synthetic and a bit cloying and sickly but when it dries down it levels out a bit better.
This one is more on a level with club 75.
I think OMS Ruby is a crowd pleaser and will definitely suit a wider age range. It could even make it as a Bogart story. It was out in 2013 so it makes sense.

I don't get a lot of apple at the start but do get lavender and the honey isn't overbearing as it is in the likes of lapidus pour homme. The oud is subtle as is the wood and the saffron, well, I can't tell lol.

This is a pleasant frag and versatile as long as you don't over do it. That said, it doesn't last that long on skin or at least the silage doesn't.. On material it's great, far better longevity.

It doesnt cost a fortune and isn't offensive so definitely worth a try.

Just an good all round classic which is still wearable!
Firstly, I swear if this was repackaged to a younger audience using a fashionable "celebrity" it would make a big comeback.

They made this at the factory not far from me and I'm sure half the men in the area had it lol. It has a lemonade vibe which is, dare I say, slightly modern and a nod to sugar factory frags of today, but, in a very good way if that's possible?!

This is an all round great everyday scent but could definitely be worn out as it used to be, if the longevity was better. See, that's what let's it down. It's longevity used to be so much better as I recall.

The price reflects it's loss of power and it lasts an hour if you're lucky.
However it's still in production and that speaks volumes. A good buy for those on a budget too.

I won't go into the notes as I'm seriously confused about what they actually are haha. There's definitely citrus, lavender and aldehydes. I struggle to find woods though, if they're there it's faded before they get a chance to appear.

Regardless it's still a classic, it's still in production and even if you only use it for yourself after a shower for the price it's a goodun.

Sugar factory syntetica.
This really isn't my bag....

I bought this last year and it's really weak. I can see from other reviews that the batch year seems to make a lot of difference to the performance. I blind bought this after some reviews and was really disappointed.

This is to sugar/bubble gum factory
For me and to floral. There are some mens fragrances that are floral in a good way and this isn't, it's also sickly like a box of Turkish delights. Which I don't like and that will be the rose. I may seem a bit frank but it's just not my thing. If anyone has any suggestions of what to layer it with I'm all ears.

I may well give this to my 25 year old neice, I think she'd like it.

I can't smell cumin in this at all... Anyone else not smell it?
I was going to give this scent a 5 but that's far to brutal, that would only go to PR one million lol

Anyway I'll experiment with layering and hopefully rescue it lol.

A woody and moorish fragrance.
Another from one of my favourite houses!

This frag doesn't get the credit it's due.

From the opening the neroli and bergamot come through strongly and are predominant and I can smell maybe a touch of lavender.
The woody element is there straight away but not as a smoother pencil shavings scent.

The "dried fruits" notes start to come through quite quickly with a hint of rose in the background... Not sure if anyone else is getting that? Hmmm....I can't really smell cardamom and only a little bit of nutmeg or mace.

The woods and vetiver then become strong and that pencil shaving smoothness is helped by the tonka bean which seems to settle the woods and stop the harshness. Yes it may be a bit synthetic but not as much as some that are triple the price.

I could only seem to get this in a 50ml bottle in Britain which is a shame as this is in my top 10.
I would love to try the Arabian Nights frag too.

Riviera Nights is a well put together
Frag that is one of Bogarts more modern creations but it still has a not to their classics.

A lovely fragrance.
