What else can I say? I think most people know this fragrance because it is one of the best Xerjoff fragrances for a reason. Where do I start? Alex II was one of the first niche fragrances I ever smelled. I was in a niche perfumery with a colleague and he said "I've heard that Alexandria II is great". Even I, who didn't know much about the niche world, thought to myself, let's give it a try. The nice employee sprayed it on a test strip and I was immediately shocked. I had never smelled anything like it before, mainly because I hadn't smelled many niche fragrances. It starts off very strong and oriental with beautiful cinnamon, wood and lavender. I particularly like the drydown of this fragrance, it is so well coordinated and smells very classy and clean. This beautiful rose-oud combo with a light vanilla note makes the fragrance perfect.

I really recommend this fragrance to anyone who likes oriental perfumes, but also to people like me who want an entry into the niche world, which is not very complicated. Just try it and see for yourself.

This new release from PDM is a wonderful winter fragrance. Also perfect for Christmas. The fragrance has a gourmand flavor. It has a nice cinnamon note which is very well balanced with the orange and vanilla note. In addition, you have this praline / chocolate note, which I could not imagine how chocolate should be enough in a perfume, but PDM has done that incredibly well.

To all those who are looking for a really strong and in my opinion a more unique perfume for the cold days I can highly recommend this one.
