For Gourmand Lovers
The previously poor rating of only 6.4 points is absolutely undeserved. Is one trying to take revenge on Kurkdjian for what he has done in the eyes of many - but not mine - with the new Dior Homme perfume? I don't know. In any case, Bois Talisman deserves a significantly better rating in my opinion.

It is a beautiful, warm scent, vanilla, slightly woody. But not smoky. Absolutely unisex. Compared to YSL Babycat, I find Bois Talisman more elegant.

It remains quite linear from the start and does not develop further. But with such beautiful fragrance notes that it contains, it doesn't need to.

However, one must of course consider carefully whether it is worth the price of a "Collection Privée."

So beautiful, but unfortunately so weak.
The One for Men in the Eau de Parfum version is, in my opinion, a really beautiful scent for the seasons from autumn to spring. I find it too heavy for summer, at least on warm or hot days.

What I find surprising and very unfortunate, however, is that compared to its flankers "The One Royal Night," "The One Mysterious Night," and "The One Luminous Night," The One for Men EdP has only modest longevity and low sillage.

However, for those looking for a spicy-sweet perfume that is not so "heavy," this is the right choice.
