Citrusy yes. Fresh? Not so much. I don't get freshness at all. More like laundry left in the dryer for days - damp, albeit lemon-scented.

I love the scent, but it fades quickly. It's very citrusy at first, and dries down almost undetectable on me, after a couple of hours.

i really hoped to like this - and I did, for the 30 minutes it lasted on my skin. Too bad. Lovely scent, but way too short-lived.
