Preferred Over Men's, as a Man

As a guy, I prefer this over the men's version. The men's line of Light Blue is too musty for my tastes. This is very gentle, watery fruits and florals with a much cleaner, toned down musk. It's simple, light, and inoffensive, especially appropriate in high heat. Actually performs quite well on my skin for this kind of scent, I get 2-3hr of surprisingly decent projection and 8-10hr longevity.

Actually Clean

To my nose this is a fantastic unisex fragrance if you want a pure fresh clean scent. It starts out as juicy oranges to me, and dries down to pure clean laundry. Yes, I mean the "women's" version of Light Blue Eau Intense. No question this is unisex, bizarre that they even bothered to make a distinct men's version of this in my view. But I have an odd nose. If you like Warm Cotton (Clean Reserve), try this for a lighter, less obviously detergent smelling version of the same idea.

Light Blue Eau Intense Dolce & Gabbana

I'm going to keep this short and sweet. There is no better perfume for the summer time heat. I've worn the regular Light Blue and I find that they do smell similar but the regular version doesn't last or project as well. I am amazed at how many compliments I have received while wearing this. I am guaranteed to have at least one person approach me and tell me how good I smell. It's my most complimented fragrance ever! That says something about this scent. Citrusy and fresh. It's a universal crowd-pleaser!

Fresh and unisex

My husband and I tried all the Light Blue variations at the airport and this was our favourite. Perfectly unisex, even works better on him than me. The lemon and green apple notes in the opening awaken the senses and -- if the perfume is working well on your skin -- they merge seamlessly into an airy freshness. Unfortunately, on me the fresh accords veer toward bleach. Not too much, I can still enjoy it, and a whiff of bleach every now and then in hot weather isn't the worst thing. However, if you're luckier, you may get a lovely airy accord on your skin like a warm summer breeze. I still like to wear this fragrance for the green apple note that randomly comes back every now and then. A perfect green apple: tart, peel and a bit of fruit, not sour at all.

My favourite lemon scent

I wore this for like 3 years straight. It’s so fresh and vibrant. Lasts well in heat too. Seems to be like marmite though cause some people said it smells like cleaning products, others liked it but I’ve kept my almost empty bottle for years cause I can’t let go of it. Haven’t found anything as unapologetically lemony as this (other than Versace Eros energy but that’s giving more lemon sherbet boiled sweets)
