“Contes de Parfums - Salalah”: A Fragrance Designed To Capture the Soul of the Coastal City of Salalah

Perfumeria Júlia adds another olfactory story to its "Contes de Parfums" collection with this new unisex fragrance.

The fragrance opens with sweet and fruity essences of plum and rose, followed by a floral and earthy heart note of Turkish rose and patchouli. A warm and woody depth unfolds in the aftertaste, characterized by notes such as oud, gurjun balsam and labdanum.

Julien Rasquinet's passion and love for Arabic fragrances, culture and his origins served as inspiration for the creation of the new fragrance. "Contes de Parfums - Salalah" tells a personal and emotional story that takes place in the coastal city of Salalah, one of the world's most famous incense cities. With the creation, the perfumer wanted to capture the unique scents and traditions of this region in an unforgettable fragrance experience.

The fragrances in the "Contes de Parfums" collection are designed to capture intimate moments and impressions that the perfumers remembered during their travels in special cities. The fragrance line includes "Contes de Parfums - Dubai" and "Contes de Parfums - Tokyo" among others.

The niche perfume brand Perfumeria Júlia owes its creation to a woman named Doña Júlia Bonet. In 1939, at the age of 17, Doña Júlia Bonet established the first hairdressing salon on the first floor of her family home, which would later become the cornerstone of the brand. Although Andorra was at that time a predominantly rural country with no trade links and raw materials were scarce, Doña Júlia recognized the business potential and worked hard to build the company. Today, Perfumeria Júlia is one of the best-known perfumery chains in Andorra.

To visually reinforce the story and inspiration behind the new fragrance, "Contes de Parfums - Salalah" is presented in an artistic, dark-toned glass bottle. The cap with the image of a sailboat on the sea at sunset adds a special aesthetic touch to the bottle.

The fragrance is available in a bottle size of 100 ml.
