From Iris to Papyrus: The New Les Extraits de Parfum Collection From Brioni
With Les Extraits de Parfum, the Roman fashion house Brioni presents a collection of four unisex fragrances, each dedicated to a famous raw material.
Iris Exquis - The multi-layered beauty of the iris root
"Iris Exquis" focuses on the complexity of the iris - from its powdery to its earthy side.
A timeless fragrance that combines grace and strength.
Brioni

The fragrance opens with an aromatic, spicy top note of verbena, black pepper and violet leaf. In the heart, notes of orris root, lavender and carrot seed combine to create a powdery, aromatic accord with a subtle herbal nuance. The base of mate, patchouli, black tea and suede provides depth and a dry, slightly leathery warmth.
The composition was created by Michel Almairac and Karine Vinchon-Spehner in collaboration with Robertet.
Encens Minéral - A luminous interpretation of incense
The creation "Encens Minéral" interprets frankincense in a bright, modern form to bring its contrasting nature between warmth and freshness to life.
A luminous interpretation of incense that blends tranquillity and vibrancy.
Brioni

Bergamot, pink and black pepper unfold at the beginning, providing a fresh, spicy opening. Gradually, the heart note emerges: lily of the valley, incense and cedarwood form a fresh, slightly balsamic accord. The incense continues in the base and combines with Mystikal®, vetiver and white musk to create a dry, slightly smoky warmth that brings the fragrance to a gentle close.
"Encens Minéral" was composed by Nisrine Bouazzaoui Grillié in collaboration with Givaudan.
Labdanum Brut - The warm side of rockrose
The third composition, "Labdanum Brut", is dedicated to the balsamic depth of cistus and combines it with fine musky notes.
A sensual and radiant fragrance that combines strength and comfort in perfect harmony.
Brioni

The composition unfolds with an invigorating accord of bergamot peel, cardamom and pink pepper. Bulgarian rose, patchouli and rosemary then emerge, creating an interplay of floral and aromatic nuances. In the base, cistus, vanillin and vetiver combine to create a warm, balsamic accord that sensually rounds off the composition.
The fragrance was developed by Mylène Alran in collaboration with Givaudan.
Papyrus Éternel - The dry character of papyrus
"Papyrus Éternel" concludes the series and focuses on the dry, woody facets of papyrus.
Master perfumer Alexis Dadier's creation unfolds like a hazy dream. Powerful, masculine notes appear as if filtered through a fine veil.
Brioni

The composition opens with a clear, spicy-fresh top note of bergamot, cardamom and Sri Lankan black tea. Smoked tea, mate and papyrus emerge in the heart note and form a dry, slightly smoky accord with a green-aromatic undertone. Finally, the base of amber, Haitian vetiver and Java vetiver provides depth and a warm, earthy structure.
The composition was created by Alexis Dadier in collaboration with Robertet.
Italian design meets craftsmanship
All fragrances in the Les Extraits de Parfum collection are presented in octagonal bottles made entirely in Italy from heavy glass. The bottle and cap are made of the same material and bear the characteristic "Martellato" hammered texture that is typical of Brioni.
The packaging and bottle are fully recyclable; the fragrances themselves are vegan and cruelty-free.
About Brioni
An international symbol of style developed from a Roman tailor's shop: Brioni, founded in 1945 by Nazareno Fonticoli and Gaetano Savini, still stands for Italian craftsmanship and precise workmanship today. The house became famous for its suits, which combine traditional tailoring and understated elegance, and has been one of the defining names in men's fashion since the 1950s.
The fragrance line should also reflect the principles of the house in perfumery - with a focus on quality, craftsmanship and clear forms.
The new fragrances are available in bottle sizes of 80 ml.
