Msense: His Quest for Good Scents

Premeditated, Unintimadated, and Slightly Sophisticated

Without intent to offend, I find myself bewildered at the current common thought of what a modern fragrance is. In the past 9 years I’ve spent uncounted hours at niche fragrance counters with a look on my face that would better state that first sentence.
It seems to me that 95% of men’s fragrances are feminine, 100% of so-called unisex fragrances are feminine and even the women’s fragrances smell like something just ain’t quite feminine or right to my nose. Why the forced push of such strangeness? Is it a conspiracy? Hahaha! Heck… Who cares? Just please… someone concoct a few fragrances that fit a man who is strong in spirit, truth, heart, and traditional family values. The kind of man that will walk through fire without complaint to provide food, shelter, clothing, peace, and love for those in his care. He deserves a scent. And while you’re at it how about a formula or two for the beautiful, loving, nurturing, feminine women of grace, and purity out there. Several of them have told my wife and I they see things as we do. After raising this concern with many others, I’ve been encouraged by all of them, men and women alike to quest for an answer and a solution.
That is what brings me here. What is my name?: Msense. What is my quest?: To find fantastic fragrances not influenced by gender-bender ideas. What are my favorite fragrances?: Houbigant Monsieur Musk for men from the 70s and 80s and The original Oscar de le renta for women from the 80s. Those were the days when women smelled like women and men smelled like men. I call on all ye like minded in the name of scentificational justice to join this quest. Come! Forth we go!
