The "normal" MFK
I was looking forward to the "Normalo" of MFK. Since the rest of the fragrances are rather special and come across too extravagant in everyday life.
At the first sniff I was convinced. He smells very fresh, spicy and woody.
It reminds me as many here already thought of Boss Bottled but I also get 1 million vibes.
The fragrance is very pleasing, does not tick off and is easy to wear.
Sounds good, right?
Only unfortunately, this describes most other fragrances that I can find in a standard perfumery. These are even often cheaper and last longer.
Which brings me to my next point of criticism.
The durability is not more than acceptable. One smells him after 2-3 hours simply no longer. The sillage is there no better. No one in my environment perceives this fragrance.
While I get to Baccarat Rouge 540 and Masculin Pluriel very often compliments, Amyris Homme is mostly not commented. And when I ask how I smell because today, I get as an answer usually "quite good actually."

I knew that Amyris Homme will not smell as spectacular as other fragrances of the house MFK. But I had still imagined that the fragrance has something exciting about it. Just an everyday Kurkdjian.
This is very suitable for everyday use but it does not smell like a Kurkdjian for me.

Modern leather with woody freshness
Leather fragrances are not necessarily mine. Years ago I had once Burberry brit rhythm get a gift and found him actually interesting. Have but quickly lost interest again and never touched again a leather scent.
The other day I smelled a very great leathery scent at work and was dying to know what it was.
The wearer was an older gentleman who didn't know what he was wearing himself.
This scent sparked my interest in leather.
So off to the perfumery and sniffed for leather scents.
The nice lady has pushed me next to Tuscan leather and Ombré leather also Bottega Veneta Pour Homme in the hand.
Out of all of them, I liked the Bottega Veneta the best. He smelled though not after this dark leather which I had smelled at work.
In fact, it's relatively far from it. It opens with an extremely woodsy, fresh note. It reminds me a bit of my spruce needle bubble bath. At the same time, it's already very leathery. But no dry, dark leather, but bright and very soft.
After this very friendly prelude, follows an extremely resinous smell, which together with the leather determines the further course of the fragrance.
That a leather fragrance can be so fresh and modern has surprised me and together with the sage and juniper it forms a very elegant and confident combination.
It's just so fundamentally different and unlike what I normally wear, yet it just feels natural when I wear it.
This is also because you can smell out the individual components very well and all harmonize very well with each other.

"Pour Homme" you will not smell everywhere and you have to have a confident demeanor and a certain casualness to be able to wear it.
If that's true, it definitely has what it takes to be a signature fragrance.

I find the longevity to be very solid. So short-winded as all describe him, he is not for me.
For me, he holds loosely 5-6 hours. After that you have to re-spray

Prada Luna Rossa Carbon
I finally got myself the red moon from Prada in the carbon version.
The associations to the bluing of Dior have driven away with me the interest in the fragrance.
You must know, The blue Dior is not one of my favorite fragrances, this is partly because it seems to me a bit synthetic but also very violent.
Luna Rossa Carbon already smells similar in the later course of the fragrance but also especially in the dry down.
But how can it be that I do not like the wild Dior but the Luna Rossa Carbon so highly rated? Quite simply.
The Luna Rosa Carbon has managed to bring the components into a good harmony. The ambroxan here is very well dosed and even works very gently. Also, Carbon is not as synthetic as Sauvage. (Now I have yet said the name, sorry.)
But now comes the best part of the fragrance. Because Prada has not only refined the DNA of the one Dior perfume, but also introduced a dark, metallic twist, which makes the whole thing seem much more noble.
For me, Prada Luna Rossa Carbon is not a cheap imitation, it is simply an improved and more elegant version. Nevertheless, it brings its own twist and is therefore also independent enough to be distinguished.

Cash or charge? Both, if possible
BDC belongs to the "Holy Trinity of Blue". Where the other two Dior Sauvage and YSL Y represent.
However, the blue Chanel is for me the most successful of the 3. He also smells a little less synthetic than the other two and already much spicier. At least in the top note.
Keyword top note, I'm really not a big fan of this pepper cloud that explodes in one's face when spraying on.
I smell initially nothing but pepper. Over time, slightly sweet, citrus notes develop.
The grapefruit is very present, which is good for the fragrance.
On drydown, I smell largely incense.
Bleu de Chanel resembles a royal blue fish surrounded by navy blue fish.
It has its own character, but this one resembles all the other characters.

The longevity and sillage here is already decent. Sprayed in the morning, you smell him in the afternoon still very good.

A solid shower gel-like fragrance for the rather ordinary fragrance experience. For what he offers he is too expensive for me

No brainer
I already figured SWY Freeze wouldn't pick up a medal here, since SWY wasn't particularly well received either.
However, I must say that I actually find this one quite good. The cool brother is namely a little fresher and spicier. You can also smell out a frozen apple.
The SWY DNA is also included here, but was screwed down a bit in the sweetness.
Nevertheless, Freeze is still very sweet by the vanilla and glazed chestnut, a slightly spicy ginger note breaks through the sweetness somewhat and gives it that certain something.
While the original was very pungent and sweet for me, Freeze seems more balanced and very tasty.
So whoever likes the scent, don't let the old men here discourage you.
Stronger with you Freeze aims to please more of the female crowd.
Do not think too long, just get him
