Summer, Sun, Sunshine!
While rummaging through the drawer of our dresser earlier, I found some of my old Sun Delight bottles among other things. Unfortunately, all of them are empty, except for one. Although the contents are almost gone, there was still enough for a few spritzes. Without hesitation, I decided to spray it on right away.
I must admit that this fragrance has almost faded from my memory. (Shame on me!) The last time I wore it, I was still in my apprenticeship, and that was quite a while ago. Back then, it was a truly loyal companion, always by my side, whether at work or partying with friends in the club. That time will stay in my memory for a long time.
The scent strongly reminds me of sunscreens and the vacation I took in 2010 with my then-best friend in Carinthia at Lake Wörthersee. Of course, a bottle of Sun Delight was a must-have.
At first, the passion fruit stands out prominently, overshadowing all other top notes. But after just a few minutes, the vanilla note becomes clearly recognizable. The chocolate is (less easily) perceptible. Sweet, fruity, creamy, warm.
The longevity is about 6-7 hours on the skin with approximately 3-4 spritzes, which is definitely impressive. In the hair and on clothing, it lasts longer. The sillage is, at least compared to SUN, less strong and intense, which I find perfectly fine.
With Sun Delight, you really can't go wrong; it fits both in summer and in autumn. And as long as it is not over-applied, it is also quite suitable for everyday and office wear.

Chanel N°5 - what else?
The most famous perfume among perfumes, a legend, a timeless classic (just like the little black dress). A must-have for every fragrance lover.
I discovered it a long time ago on my grandma's dresser, and of course, I had to test it right away. How could I have made any other decision?! How could I have passed up the chance to try THE ONE PERFUME that stood right in front of me on a ceramic-like surface?
I took off the cap and held the bottle under my nose.. To be honest, I had no idea what it would smell like. Except maybe for "grandma." Back then, I was young, around 14-15 years old, and had a completely different taste. I only wore light, rather inconspicuous "girl" fragrances; Chanel and Co. were out of the question. But I digress..
Then I finally dared to test it and sprayed it on my wrist.. At first, I found it very intense, overwhelming, and extraordinary. Something I had never smelled before. To my surprise, I liked it, but I didn't want to wear it. For a girl my age, it was undoubtedly unsuitable. Satisfied, I put it back on the dresser. Almost ten years went by..
A few days ago, I visited grandma again and simply couldn't help but smell it once more. I was already wearing a perfume, so I couldn't spray Chanel N°5, but that wasn't a problem since you can perceive it so well anyway. Of all the notes contained in it, I can really only recognize the heart notes. But I think any further description of the fragrance would be unnecessary, as there are already countless comments available here.
I am already looking forward to the moment when I bring Chanel N°5 home and add it to my small but fine collection. And since I firmly believe that this perfume will still exist in 1000 years, I don't need to stress about it. ;)

My Teen Perfume No. 1
Back then, it was the most worn fragrance among the girls. Between the ages of 13 and 16. I can still remember how much I loved it. I wasn't the only one, though. When I was still in school, I could only afford cheaper fragrances, then I started my apprenticeship in 2008. At that time, I was already wearing perfumes, but I wasn't as crazy about them as I am now. However, my love for fragrances grew stronger over the years, and now, at almost 23, I never leave the house without one.
As far as I know, I discovered it through a friend of mine. I believe she gave me a bottle for my birthday. From that moment on, it was basically my signature scent. About every 2 months, I would get a new one from the drugstore. This went on for about 1-2 years.
The scent is predominantly floral, in a sweet way. In my opinion, the vanilla hardly comes through at all, quite the opposite of the heart notes. These are the most noticeable.
The sillage is low, especially compared to other fragrances I know or own. I would describe the longevity as mediocre; for the price, it is definitely acceptable.
All in all, Woman is a simple and affordable fragrance that can be used anytime and anywhere. It smells good, but it's nothing special or extravagant. Would I buy another bottle? I think not. While it brings back many wonderful and fun memories of my teenage years, I somehow feel "saturated" with it. And as they say, one should stop when it's at its best. ;-)

I'm hypnotic poison, babe.
Hypnotic Poison by Dior has been known to me for a long time. I must admit that I never really paid attention to it. About three-quarters of a year ago, I was curious about how it would smell, but I never had the opportunity to test it. Opinions on HP are very varied, ranging from absolutely terrible to excellent. However, the good ones prevail. One to two weeks ago, I asked a friend if she could try it for me since we have very similar tastes. She found HP terrible, way too sweet. The day before yesterday evening, I finally thought to myself: "Oh, what the heck" and ordered HP on a whim. This morning, my package arrived, and since I had a doctor's appointment at 10:15, I was at home.
I immediately opened the package - full of anticipation, of course. It was love at first sniff! All my expectations were exceeded. I am aware that HP is a winter fragrance, but I didn't care. I didn't hesitate and sprayed it on. Heavenly, simply heavenly!
The almonds come through the strongest, which I find great because I love the scent of almonds. You can also detect the vanilla, but it's a bit less intense. I only perceive the top notes briefly right after spraying it on, then the almond notes follow immediately. I can smell a hint of coconut, but it's relatively weak.
I do not agree with the statement that it resembles "By Night." They are two completely different fragrances.
The sillage and longevity are amazing. I applied it over four hours ago with about 2-3 sprays, and I can still smell the fragrance in my nose. My car smells like it too, by the way. Admittedly, it is quite sweet, but in a captivating and pleasant way, in my opinion. Since HP is quite intense, please be careful with the dosage. Less is definitely more in this case.
All in all, Hypnotic Poison is a truly successful fragrance that I will 10000% buy again! And I can already say that it is one of my absolute favorites. For those who do not know HP: Test it! It doesn't cost anything. :-)

sweet 'n fruity.
Just before or after Christmas, I discovered this fragrance by Escada on my grandma's dresser. Curious as I am, I immediately took a whiff. Until then, I was unaware of it, and to my surprise, I liked it a lot. By now, that doesn't surprise me anymore, as it is very sweet and fruity (which I didn't know back then), and I am into such scents. Later, I discussed this with my mom. I asked her where my grandma got it and how long she had it, as I had never noticed it before. My mom just said that she received it as a gift years ago.
I would describe the scent as very fruity, with the raspberry really standing out. You can also recognize the jasmine notes. It is suitable for any occasion and for every age group. Ideal for summer and spring, as it falls into the lighter fragrance category.
The longevity and sillage don't blow me away, but for the price, it's quite decent. The bottle looks cute, but it could be a bit more unique.
I am confident that I will soon add it to my perfume collection.
