Easy to Wear Tropical Floral
A Chant for the Nymph is very pretty. To my nose however this is more tiare and ylang ylang than it is plumeria. It hovers around the wearer in soft, pleasant, sunny cloud. The prevailing character is smooth, billowy, and floral. There is a light nuance of makeup powder and pollen. ACFTN is all warm fluffy tropical florals throughout the wear time with not much of a discernable base beyond a smidge of vanilla and lactonic musk. All this smells really good, but not particularly distinctive or structured and that's okay.
This strikes me as the perfect scent for a bride to wear for a warm weather wedding, particularly a destination wedding in a tropical locale. If you're looking for something easy to wear that is joyful and optimistic, that radiates sunshine even, A Chant for the Nymph is a great choice.
