This has similarities to Dom Rosa by Liquides Imaginaires and a little less to Salute! by Parfums d'Empire. Comparing to Dom Rosa, instead of grapefruit zinginess you have juniper berry and cypress on the top, and red wine instead of champagne. Rose, red wine, and woods. I like it. Worth checking if you like wine notes in perfumes.

The pomelo in this is not juicy and zesty. It reminds me too much of the cleaning products and bathroom fresheners. There are better fragrances with a pomelo or grapefruit note than Pomelo Paradis. Longevity is poor, but that's normal for citrusy perfumes.

If you want a zesty sparkly grapefruit, I recommend sampling Dom Rosa from Les Liquides Imaginaires.

If you've travelled in the Mediterranean (Greek islands, Cyprus), if you know how fig leaves smell and can appreciate this association, you'll like it.

It's a pleasant summer scent. It's stylish, cool.

But for my taste, however, the note of sweet melon is too strong and I wish that fig was even more prominent.

It is a comforting scent that has excellent longevity. In clothes, it stays forever and you can get a hint of it even after washing the clothes. I absolutely love the chestnut note in this, which is a fairly rare note in perfumes. Chestnut is most felt in the beginning. After a couple of hours, it transforms into a creamy sweet vanilla.

Even though it suits autumn and winter seasons better, I frequently use it on cooler summer days in northern Europe.

I like to spray this on a fluffy cream-colored sweater and immerse myself in lactonic goodness. It's perfect for scent therapy.

It's so comforting and cozy. Perfume for cuddling on the sofa under the blanket. Projection is stronger when I spray it on woolly, fluffy fabrics, not skin. You have to like lactonic scents to appreciate it.
