Soapy Rose
The perfume starts off very green-soapy for me. I find it rather unpleasant, as if the soapy feeling settles in my throat.
After the first one to two hours, this strong, almost piercing soapiness subsides and alongside the rose, a bit of vanilla emerges for me. At this point, the scent becomes a bit sweeter.
I'm not thrilled, perhaps the fragrance just develops unfavorably on my skin.

Peppery Rose Jam
In the top note, Cash Flower comes across extremely sweet, like rose with sweetener. On my skin, it also develops something uncomfortably piercing-sweaty... perhaps that's the peppery aspect that shows itself unfavorably.
I also tested it on paper, where it doesn't come off as scratchy-piercing. Still, for my taste, it's far too sweet, it makes me feel a bit queasy right away.
I liked quite a few of the fragrances from the original Discovery Set by Fugazzi, so I was positively curious about this one, but it was nothing.
I have also read comparisons with Delina, but I don't agree with that - the vibe is completely different.

Edit: What I perceive as so piercing and unpleasantly scratchy is probably the Cashmeran. I recently tested Molecule 05, and lo and behold, that's the unpleasant component from Cash Flower.
