Acqua Colonia Intense Wakening Woods of Scandinavia
A beautiful and fresh fragrance reminiscent of coniferous woods. The incense could have been a bit more intense. Overall, however, quite acceptable, and the longevity is excellent.

Absinthe, better than medicine...
At first, I was somewhat skeptical about this perfume, but I do not regret ordering it because it is simply wonderful. This fragrance starts off with fresh oranges and lemons. In my opinion, there is only the base, which consists of the aromatic extracts of coriander, lavender, absinthe, and a bit of cardamom, paired with the warm notes of patchouli and cedarwood.
Absinthe has inspired people in earlier times. In our era, this Artemisia-containing perfume, along with its other components, is an ideal relaxant and can be worn all day long.

Le Dix - Vintage
Le Dix - Vintage starts very aldehydic, taking away "the air to breathe" right from the beginning. A typical Chypre. A very spicy, stern scent that I find hard to categorize as it develops. There is little floral quality to be detected, with a slight rose note at most, if one uses a lot of imagination. The very strong opening of the perfume dissipates relatively quickly, leaving behind a warm, woody powdery note. As for the longevity of this scent, the "base" is reached quite quickly, but it remains for several hours, even though it could be a bit stronger for my taste!
I do not regret this purchase, however.
I used Le Dix Vintage today. I was more than unpleasantly surprised. It simply blows me away, and what remains is just too overpowering for me, what a pity!! It's gone...

Mi Fa
The design of the bottle is very playful and sweet, just like the fragrance. Bergamot and lavender are complemented by a hint of mint and a trace of bitter almond. The scent of mandarin and orange feels refreshing to me. I can't detect any rosemary. Jasmine and neroli provide the sweetness, while a slightly peppery note paired with vanilla and tonka bean rounds off this fragrance. It reminds me of a beautiful and sunny summer day and awakens my appetite for sweet treats, like candies wrapped in colorful packaging.
Actually, perfumes like this are not necessarily my thing, but once again, a "blind purchase" has succeeded, and I do not regret it.

Etienne Aigner Pour Femme
The fragrance starts off very strong with bergamot and mandarin; I also perceive a peppery note. Clearly noticeable are the apricot and the rose, which give the whole composition a certain "velvety" quality. Whether freesia can be detected is up for debate, but we won't go there! ;) Musk, cedar, and an amber-patchouli note round off this fragrance pleasantly in the base. With a bit of imagination, some fruity elements could also be present.
A lovely scent for summer!
