From an easy pass to an Obsession.
When I first tried Notorious, I wasn't sold on it at all. The scent felt flat and the performance seemed lacking to me. Six months later, while decluttering my collection, I gave it another go and I was genuinely blown away, It now lasts 10+ hours on my skin with heavy projection, Boozy rum with fruit and a rich sweetness and a smooth none offensive leather. It's not my usual easy-reach style of scent, but I've been wearing it constantly and in my opinion it's one of ATH best releases to date. Admittedly, it took me time to come around to it, I'd nearly written it off and was ready to let go of my bottle but i'm so glad I gave it another chance and tried it again. One of the finest from ATH.
Not quite on par with fragrances its replicatiing.
To start, I want to say I've been looking forward to trying this fragrance since first hearing about it. I've now tried this 5 times on 5 separate days in varying weather conditions and each time it just doesn't resonate with me. This is trying to fit in somewhere in between Bulgari Tygar and Sospiro Vibrato and then it adds its own twist, admittedly, yes there is similarities but that's about it. While the initial citrus burst is lively, the composition feels derivative, lacking the originality and depth of the two fragrances it takes inspiration from, as time goes on it is to a somewhat flat progression. The performance falls short, the longevity is mediocre, fading within 4-5 hours, and the sillage isn't anything to be shouted about, it pushed off my skin for the first hour and then it fell completely flat. If you want this type of Dna just pay the extra money for Vibrato or Tygar to save yourself time and money.
	Elegant and well blended.
This is my first time owning anything from this house, and I have to say that from the moment I first smelled this fragrance, it has only gotten better with each wear. I can definitely see the similarities to Amouage Reflection, Reflection 45, and also Gucci Guilty Elixir. This fragrance sits somewhere between both of these houses offerings mentioned earlier.
It is a well-blended fragrance that screams sophistication to me. From the opening notes to the middle notes and down to the base notes, it continues to project beautifully, and the performance has been really impressive for me so far. To me, this is a great all-rounder and this truly stands out. 9 out of 10.

Simply beautiful.
From the moment I first smelled this fragrance, I knew I had to add it to my collection. It is an opulent scent that is rich in depth. The combination of oud and incense, accompanied by a beautiful iris, blends it all together perfectly. It is dark and resinous, and simply put, it's beautiful, and bold all while being refined at the same time. I'm not entirely sure how it connects with the old building, but I'm grateful that it has translated into this incredible fragrance. My only wish is that it were more accessible and easier to find. For me, it’s an easy 10 out of 10.
