It smells good, definitely very sweet and a little fresh, dries down very musky. There is a very synthetic smell that goes along with this perfume, I don't mind it, but it is something to think about if you are considering purchasing it. I don't really get lavender from this unfortunately. Overall good, very sweet, may be cloying to some but I know that a lot of people love this fragrance so if you want a crowd pleaser this seems to be the way to go.
