Perfect fresh and veristaile scent
If someone asked me about a perfectly unisex fragrance, giving both a feeling of cleanliness and comfort in winter and a feeling of cooling and refreshment in summer, I would point to it. It perfectly reflects its name, smelling it brings to mind a pristine, cool mountain stream flowing in a beautiful valley amidst a well-kept (clean?) forest. The combination of tea and sandalwood additionally enriched with currant and musk makes the composition clean, noble and elegant (perfectly matching the white bottle with a silver cap). Due to the lack of chemical chords, in my opinion it is a great lesser-known and calmer alternative to Aventus. The only downside is the parameters that allow you to enjoy the scent for a maximum of 6 hours.
Great daily fresh-aquatic for warmer days
In a nutshell this fragrance is my favorite one from LV. Even though it lacks performance and the price point is steep I still adore it. To my nose this smells just like a glass of chilled sparkling water with some ice and orange. Extremely refreshing. Slight hint of ambergris and ginger makes the dry down seem sweeter but still captivating and refreshing. Only real dowsnside is performance. With 8 sprays I can’t smell it after 4hours. This scent is just perfect for daily wearing during really hot days. Makes you forget about the warmth and lets you chill with that gorgeous scent.
Great alternative for aventus
One of the most masculine long lasting yet natural and quality scent. Opens with a juicy lime that lasts few minutes. Then the magic happens, lime coverts to a little bit more harsh lemon then olibanum Elemi and pepper come to life and make you smell like a wealthy man. The unique combination of resins and pepper may have a incensy smell. The affect of it is that search is not mass appealing and some may find it to harsh. Contrary to other people I think this perfume is an all year rounder. It’s a great alternative for Aventus DNA scents, it’s as versatile and elegant as aventus is with more quality and non-synthetic ingredients. Overall one of the best releases from Omanese house of Amouage.
Beautiful journey through contrasting smells
This scents makes you take a journey from a harsh animalic realistic oud smell where rose is barely smellable to a completely unisex fragrance where rose and sandalwood play the main role. I love how complicated and mature it is. It’s a fact that it may not be liked by some because of its dirty opening but despite that fact it’s still in my opinion one of the best scents released by Tom Ford
Most underrated Amouage
This fragrance is in my opinion one of the least appreciated Amouage perfumes. Its composition is a true masterpiece The combination of flowers with rosewood and slight hint of incense create flowery and powdery yet really masculine. It's just addicting to smell. The only downside is its poor longevity and projection. I'm really dissapointed with it being so weak especially for Amouage which is known for powerfull fragrances. Afterall i really enjoy wearing it, but i cannot do it for a long time.
