Peak perfumery
This right here is the epitomy of perfumery, like many other roja fragrances, everything is so well thought through, balanced and coherent. The quality of the raw materials used is also absolutely incredible. This fragrance is romance in a bottle, it smells like falling in love for the first time, it smells like what love feels like.
Its powdery, very soft in a fluffy way and buttery with fruity aspects. The buttery effect comes from the orris and cocoa mainly, the heliotrope also contributes to it. The pineapple is a masterful addition that is really well thought of, it wouldn't traditionally fit into this type of fragrance, but it works SO bizarrely well. It balances out the extreme buttery sweetness with its slight sourness, all the while still keeping the sweet and slightly floral vibe. The name really suits the fragrance too, ti amo, meaning I love you in spanish, really does speak for what it smells like. This is the staple of roja's work, and I'm all for it.
The performance, as for all of roja's fragrances, some might consider it mediocre, but I consider it perfect. 'Nuclear' and 'beastmode' fragrances are not necessarily what I search for in scents like these, it's an intimate fragrance that needs to be discovered, not announced. It lasts long enough, I get easy an 10 hours before it becomes really faint. It doesn't project insanely, which as stated earlier is a good thing for me, although it definitely does reach beyond arms length for the first 4 hours, so it's not a skin scent or anything.
